SABC News The African National Congress will haul the Electoral Commission to the Electoral Court tomorrow on an urgent basis to challenge the registration of the newly formed political party, uMkhonto we Sizwe. If the ANC is successful, the implication will be that the MK party will NOT be able to contest the 2024 general elections.
