Near the hilly regions of the Himalayas, some people’s vision is clouded with cataracts. The insufficient eye care and poor economy in Nepal make it difficult for people to receive treatment. Doctor Sandruk Ruit, a cataract surgeon, has plans to restore the vision of 500,000 patients in Nepal and other countries around the world by 2023.
