This refreshing sugar free cake recipe will wow everyone!
The fresh fruits and natural yoghurt give the cake that special touch!
Ingredients:
- 500g flour
- 700 g of low-fat quark
- 2 packets of baking powder
- 6tbsp maple syrup
- 1-2 teaspoons of cinnamon
- about 6 tablespoons of yogurt
- 50 g flaked almonds
- 500 grams of strawberries
- 300 grams of blueberries
- 100 grams of raspberries
Bake the cake in a non-preheated oven for 20 minutes, with convection, then bake covered for another 45 minutes.
