Giselle Waldner we had a lovely surprise this cook week and it proved to be the perfect pick me up.

the recipes are in the quantity that we need them you might need to make them smaller I'm not good at it and I don't want to accidentally give wrong measurements and ruin your dishes.
also the strawberry pie is not my recipe so it's not mine to share, my apologies.
Chai Seed Yogurt 10:26
3 gallons homemade plain yogurt
6 cups chai seeds
9 cups orange juice
3 cups honey
12 cans coconut milk ( Or use (1) 1 gallon can.
Whip Coconut milk. Stir together yogurt, chai, juice and then add honey-to taste. Add whipped coconut milk.

cooked vermicelli noodle
julienned cucumbers
julienned carrots
thinly chopped lettuce
breaded and deep fried onions
thinly sliced beef or corn beef
hoisin sauce & mayo
marinade carrots overnight:
2 cups water
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 cup fish sauce
no actual measurement for the sauce mix according to taste. start with hoisin sauce and add mayo, make it to your liking.

Marinate pork loin meat:
1 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp black pepper
3 tsp Salt
1 Cup cornstarch
2 tbsp seasoning salt
2 cups oil
2 cups soya sauce
1 cup lemon
1 cup worcestershire sauce
Sauce for bowl:
1 cup Soya Sauce
1 cup teriyaKi
3|4 cup water
Sugar or honey to taste
cook until bubbling and thick remove from heat
serve with rice
edamame
sprouts
broccoli
cauliflower
julienned carrots
or anything else your heart desires.
