Meet KAPPA.. the most loveable dog you will ever meet. It breaks my heart to think his breed are at risk of being banned. I agree stricter policies should be put in place and owners should maybe have to apply for a licence (so the owners can be vetted) to have one and the dogs should go through training as mandatory as they are so big and powerful. As you can see, Kappa is a big softy and he is at his happiest when he’s being cuddled.
It’s not the fault of the dogs, it’s the owners fault.
