Albanese faces ‘hostile electorate’ as voters are ‘worse off’ amid cost-of-living crisis

Sky News Australia Prime Minister Anthony Albanese is facing an “increasingly hostile” electorate as more voters report being worse off as the cost-of-living crisis worsens, Sky News host Caleb Bond says.
“Some more bad news for the PM … Labor is facing an increasingly hostile electorate,” Mr Bond said.
“With 60 per cent of the key 35 to 49-year-old cohort saying they are worse off compared to two years ago.
“Now the overall numbers is 16 per cent of people saying they’re better off and 50 per cent of people saying they’re worse off.
“Who would have seen any of this coming? I mean come on, buddy.”
