Carbon Steel Wok Cleaning Step 1
Biker Dude Burgers Just cooked a pound of delicious Pork Belly in my Wok and now I needed to clean it.
The Best and Safest way to do it without ruining your Seasoned Wok. Is to fill it to medium height with water and bring it to a roiling boil over high heat for about 3-5 minutes. This will remove any over cooked oil and little bits of food. Let the water cool and then dump it out. Now you are ready for Step 2
