The country star temporarily walked off after being struck in the head with a friendship bracelet, before resuming the performance shortly thereafter.
'I walked off stage to calm down and make sure myself, band and crew, and the crowd all felt safe to continue,' Ballerini later wrote on social media.
Similar incidents have occurred at performances by Harry Styles, Bebe Rexha, P!nk, Ava Max, Kid Cudi, and others in recent months.
