We've all got that one friend who is convinced that his mullet is God's gift to all people. We all know that that friend also doesn't have the smoothest track record of good decision-making skills (looking at you, Dave). Thankfully for us, Sharon's version of a mullet is MUCH more palatable!
This cocktail introduces itself as the refined, classy person we all hope to become. However, after the suave initial impression wears off, you see the fun-loving, free-spirited party person that brings light and laughter to any room they find themselves in. With a first note of bright gin followed by the big and juicy citrus flavors, this cocktail might just have you considering letting your hair down just a bit.
INGREDIENTS:
► 2½ oz Don Ciccio Etesia Gin
► ¾ oz simple syrup
► 1 oz fresh lime juice
► 1½ oz grapefruit juice
► 6-8 mint leaves
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Add mint and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker.
2. Gently muddle together.
3. Add gin, lime juice, and grapefruit juice to the shaker.
4. Add ice & shake.
5. Pour into a coupe glass.
