With a great passion for music, love for the home surroundings, and with a non-profit workforce, Sweden's nicest festival has gained a firm foothold in the soil of the forest around Rejmyre.
Skogsröjets Pale Ale is as well a tribute to music as to nature it self and to the generous soul of the countryside.
It is the common force all together that creates the magic that have shaped the rock festival in this small town outside Norrköping for over 15 years.
Skogsröjet Pale Ale has an earthy character and mild malt sweetness that carry and balance the fabulous hop mix of both pine and spruce forest as well as the summer meadow's florality.
The collaboration between Heavy Metale and the organization behind the festival of Skogsröjet has been mutual warm and joyful and jointly we have produced a beer that pays tribute to the power and love that all Skogsröjet's volunteers and visitors create as they once a year contribute to filling the Rejmyre meadows and forests with energy, happiness and rock´n roll.

An asteriod is a minor planet of the inner Solar System. Sizes and shapes of asteroids vary significantly, ranging from 1-meter rocks to a dwarf planet almost 1000 km in diameter. Bodies with no atmorphere. Fly-by!
Over quite a few brews of different IPAs, we've been trying to perfect this idea of a beer that is 6,5% vol. and liquid sunshine. While perfection is fleeting since the goal constantly moves, we know we probably won't reach it. Nor do we think we would want to. Stagnation would loom. But we'll give it a fair go every time.
We've done and thought we were done with the secluded tropical beach, palm trees, crystal clear water, and all the luscious fruits you could eat beers. The go up, up, and away towards the stars and beyond beers. And the real "Fly me to the moon" stuff, with the lyrics and colorful chords beers.
It turns out we weren't.
So, here's some more space juice for you all. The aromas and flavors include tropical fruits, citrus, spicy mango, pineapple, tangerine, grapefruit, pine, and stone fruit. All the hops. All the haze. All the fun. Enjoy!

01.01.1970 01:00:00 21.02.2024 16:00:07 A collab with our friends at Verdant, we combined our mutual love of hops into one double IPA. Typically most higher strength beers require the addition of some extra sugar during the brewing process due to size limitations of the brewhouse. However our friends at Verdant have been getting great feedback from all malt DIPAs, and through some magic, sweat and tears we too managed to achieve all our desired sugars from malt alone. On top of this we pushed the boat out even further to maximize our hot side aroma hops using close to 8g/l of Citra, Citra Incognito and Simcoe hops. Fermented with the Verdant house strain rather than our own before going all over the top with nearly 28g/l of Citra, Nelson Sauvin, Simcoe and experimental YCH 303 cryo hops enriched with Phantasm powder, Sauvignon Blanc grape must. This beer is so big we lost 30% of the total volume to hops, think about that!
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW THOUGH
A DIPA brewed with pilsner malt and a hefty amount of wheat and oats, with the most hops we’ve ever used in the whirlpool.. Dry hopped with Citra, Nelson Sauvin and more Simcoe, plus experimental Cryo 303, a blend of Yakima Chief’s cryo pellets and Phantasm powder, for increased thiol precursor potential.
Hazy, juicy and full bodied with a silky smooth mouthfeel. A subtle malt sweetness and a boozy warmth to balance the onslaught of hops, with a clean bitterness and lingering hop presence. Massive tropical, stone fruit, and citrus aromas, hints of gooseberry, passionfruit and pine.

Surprise Surprise
A refreshing bitter bite yet with a fruity ”Ahhh, that’s good.” All that walking in a pine forest, full-bodied goodness sprinkled with a little zesty tangerine and pleasant herbal and citrus character. Like fine Earl Grey. Ahhh!
The quote ”What I wanna do right here is go back….” prompted us to embark on a journey exploring our roots in all and everything that is neo-old-school American-style IPAs. We again wanted to find our bitter bite, malty body, and pine forest citrussy properties. We picked up some pieces of our history. Some pale ale malts, pilsner malts, crystal malts, adding Amarillo, Cascade, Chinook, and Columbus hops. And then, we rounded it off with just the right amount of bubbles. Pinball West Coast IPA was born.
Then, it was time to go up. Electro was the continuance, and Echo was the furthering. Aims at perfecting and refining to better. Dreams to elevate. A little more here. A little less there. Tying the unbalanced balance of an actual West Coast IPA together.
Now, we’re tweaking it even further. Switching back Simcoe for Amarillo and adding a fair amount of Idaho 7. Giving you that ahhh-feeling from first to last sip.

01.01.1970 01:00:00 20.02.2024 20:30:54 I Radeberg utanför östtyska Dresden grundades år 1872 Aktienbrauerei Zum Bergkeller, sedan 1866 ett privatägt småskaligt bryggeri. 1885 registrerades verksamheten under namnet Radeberger Exportbeirbrauerei. Radeberger var då det första bryggeriet på tysk mark som uteslutande bryggde pilsner, och ännu idag bryggs ölet strikt enligt det ursprungliga receptet för att garantera dess originalsmak.
Det mjuka källvattnet från Galgenberg där bryggeriet restes 1872 används fortfarande och är en viktig beståndsdel för Radeberger Pilsners karaktär. För bryggningen av 100 liter öl behövs 1000 liter vatten, 19 kg malt, 250 g humle och 0,5 liter jäst. Efter kokningen i bryggverket hamnar ölet i jäsningskällare, där det jäser i 6–8°C i c:a 10 dagar.
Radeberger finns idag över hela Tyskland, som ett av de tio ledande premium-märkena i landet, men även i en rad länder internationellt, som representant för fin tysk ölkultur.
Anekdot: Den svenska kulturprofilen och tysklandsvännen Horace Engdahl omnämnde 2016 Radeberger Pilsner som det bästa tyska ölet alla kategorier, i svt:s programserie ”Liv och Horace i Europa”.

Omnipollo startade som ett så kallat fantombryggeri, vilket innebär att de inte hade ett eget bryggverk, utan bryggde sin öl hos andra bryggerier. 2020 tog företaget över en kyrka i Sundbyberg där man anlagt ett eget bryggeri och där man också öppnat en bar i anslutning.
