··· ··· ··· ··· I grew up with this music which was a big part in my development and how I learn to love music. I just wanted to share these with you my friends, I hope you enjoy it. Facundo Cabral (birth name Rodolfo Enrique Cabral Camiñas) (May 22, 1937 – July 9, 2011)[1] was an Argentine singer, songwriter and philosopher. He was best known as the composer of "No soy de aquí ni soy de allá"[2] ("I'm not from here nor there"), "Pobrecito mi Patron" ("My Poor Boss"), and many other compositions. His songs have been covered by multiple Spanish language performers such as Jorge Cafrune, Alberto Cortez, Juan Luis Guerra, and Joan Manuel Serrat. Cabral protested military dictatorships in Latin America through activism and art from the 1970s onward, and his music combined mysticism, philosophy and spirituality with calls for social justice and equality. Cabral was married twice. His first wife and their one-year-old daughter were killed in 1978 in the PSA Flight 182 crash near San Diego, California, which devastated him and would mark his life. His second wife, Silvia Pousa was married to him for seven months before his death in Guatemala. Dionisio Ramón Emilio Valdés Amaro (October 9, 1918 – March 22, 2013), better known as Bebo Valdés, was a Cuban pianist, bandleader, composer and arranger. He was a central figure in the golden age of Cuban music, especially due to his big band arrangements and compositions of mambo, chachachá and batanga, a genre he created in 1952. He was the director of the Radio Mil Diez house band and the Tropicana Club orchestra, before forming his own big band, Orquesta Sabor de Cuba, in 1957. However, after the end of the Cuban Revolution, in 1960, Bebo left his family behind and went into exile in Mexico before settling in Sweden, where he remarried. His musical hiatus lasted until 1994, when a collaboration with Paquito D'Rivera brought him back into the music business. By the time of his death in 2013, he had recorded several new albums, earning multiple Grammy Awards. His son Chucho Valdés is also a successful pianist and bandleader. Diego el Cigala, Latin-Grammy-winning Gypsy singer from Madrid is noted as a pioneer in fusing flamenco with Latin American music forms such as the bolero, Afro-Caribbean jazz, and tango. His ability to blend different types of contemporary music with traditional flamenco has won him widespread popularity and numerous awards. He is best known for his 2003 release Bebo y Cigala: "Lágrimas Negras" - with Cuban jazz pianist Bebo Valdés - which was hailed Album of the Year by the New York Times, and received a Latin Grammy. His solo CD "Picasso en mis ojos" won another Latin Grammy in 2006 and featured collaborations with the legendary Paco de Lucía and with Latino jazz greats such as Jerry Gonzalez. His 2008 project "Dos Lagrimas" features giants of Cuban percussion Tata Guines and Changuito and establishes his ongoing collaboration with guitarist Diego del Morao, pianist Jaime Calabuch Jumitus, percussionist Sabú Porrina and Cuban bassist Yelsy Heredia. This year the singer has been nominated for yet another Grammy for his latest album "Cigala & Tango," released in 2010 and featuring guest artists from Argentina such as Andrés Calamaro, Néstor Marconi and Pablo Agri. Lágrimas Negras is a 2003 album by Cuban pianist, bandleader, composer and arranger Bebo Valdés and Spanish flamenco singer Diego el Cigala. Lágrimas Negras is a fusion of Cuban rhythms and flamenco vocals, produced by Spanish composer, producer and guitarist Javier Limón and book editor, screenwriter, film director and producer Fernando Trueba and released by Calle 54 Records and BMG Music Spain. I found myself not being able to say a thing after listening to Aurora, because all the feelings inside seem to be all over my being, in som sort of disorderly arrangement of impressions, feelings, all joyful and very beautiful, so intoxicating, and the more I listen to these two songs the more I love them, and of course I can not only listen to them but there is the need to watch Aurora performing them, because only then I can truly absorb the whole multitude of beautiful feelings, it is so much Aurora gives with each performance, all love in my different ways, voice, dance, expressions, all; of love, pure, crustal clear, emotional, epic. Aurora is truly a Muse to the world, from a much more advanced planet, from a distant galaxy, with a mission of inspirational messages. ··· ··· ··· ··· Ever since I can remember I see figures of different sorts and themes, in the marble grain, wood, clouds, food from their natural state, in a plate and anything you can imagine if there are lines and forms I always see something interesting like in this instance as I was eating a snack taking peanut butter with pretzel sticks. So many fantastic ideas that I often sketch have come from these visuals, has anybody experienced such a thing?
