You also received TWO bonus exercises to help you embody higher self AND future self energy!
➡️ 1). Do one thing purely for yourSELF today. One thing to sink into deep self-love ... and do it from the space of your HIGHER self (the divine version of you who loves herself AND puts herself first!)
➡️ 2). Make a list of all the ways you can begin embodying your future self, and then start incorporating at least one thing from your list into your reality each day.
Ex). How does your future self dress? Maybe you can wear an outfit like her. Maybe your future self does her hair, goes to the gym, or takes time out for yoga each morning. Maybe she wakes up an hour early to get her spiritual practice and meditation in ... And maybe she does extra self-care before bed.
These are just some examples. Brainstorm and make a list - this is how you can start getting to KNOW your future self. And it is from that space of deep knowing that you can begin BECOMING and EMBODYING your future self. 💕

➡️ 1). Define your MISSION. At the top of the page, write "My mission is ..." and then put pen to paper to see what comes out!
What is the MISSION you're here to share with the world? What are your values? What is the purpose that you're ready to live in?
If you're having trouble, you can ask your higher self (or God, the universe, etc.) for guidance.
Also - don't judge whatever DOES come out. Trust your flow!
➡️ 2). Make a list of all the things you're going to buy and do with your next-level WEALTH.
WHY do you want more money? What are you going to BUY with more money? What are you going to do?
Creating a container for your money to flow into is a super powerful practice.
Way too often we get lost, trying to force and push our way to more money, and we lose sight of WHY we actually want the money to begin with.
Put your pen to paper and go wild!!

You also received a bonus exercise to face your deepest fears and limiting stories so you can release them with love.
➡️ Take out your journal and write down one or two fears or limiting stories (or more if that feels good) standing in the way of the next-level success and abundance you desire.
Ex): I'm afraid to speak my truth in the online space because people might not like it, my family will see it, or someone will make fun of me
Ex): I'm afraid to call in next-level success and abundance because I don't think I deserve it, I don't think it will last, or people won't like me if I grow and expand
Writing the fears/limiting stories down will help bring awareness to it (you're shining the light of consciousness on something that was once unconscious or buried in your subconscious).
After you write them down, sit with them and really feel ALL the negative feelings that come up. Really FEEL the fear and sit in the discomfort. You may even be able to isolate the feeling of fear in a specific part of your body (maybe your throat, chest, etc.)
Once you feel the negative feelings, tell yourself it's okay to release it. And then send the fear/limiting story some love (you can picture light energy of love going to that limiting story or the part of your body where you're feeling the fear come up).
This is deep energy healing work and there is really no "right" way to do it. This is the same type of work I take my clients through.
Feel it out and send the old stories off with love in the way that feels most aligned to you.
And then be easy on yourself for the rest of the day. Maybe sink into some yummy self-care or self-love practices!

Script in the past or present tense - as if your life is already happening/has already happened.
Paint the picture of the OVERALL dream life in your script:
- Your bank account and your income
- Your business and the amazing clients you get to work with (or your career)
- Your hobbies (do you attend sound baths or reiki? Maybe you go on healing retreats, do amazing artwork, cook, etc. etc.!)
- What your morning and evening routines look like AND your spiritual practice
- What your home life, family, and friendships look like (your soul fam!)
- And whatever else comes to mind!
The above are all just suggestions for what you can add into your scripting practice. You don't have to use all of them (or any of them!).
Just simply pretend you are your next-level self one year from now, put pen to paper and write about your DELICIOUS life!

🌟 Energetic decluttering - how to clear out everything that’s not coming with you to your new, expanded reality

➡️ 1). Do one thing purely for yourSELF today. One thing to sink into deep self-love ... and do it from the space of your HIGHER self (the divine version of you who loves herself AND puts herself first!)
➡️ 2). Make a list of all the ways you can begin embodying your future self, and then start incorporating at least one thing from your list into your reality each day.
Ex). How does your future self dress? Maybe you can wear an outfit like her. Maybe your future self does her hair, goes to the gym, or takes time out for yoga each morning. Maybe she wakes up an hour early to get her spiritual practice and meditation in ... And maybe she does extra self-care before bed.
These are just some examples. Brainstorm and make a list - this is how you can start getting to KNOW your future self. And it is from that space of deep knowing that you can begin BECOMING and EMBODYING your future self. 💕

➡️ 1). Define your MISSION. At the top of the page, write "My mission is ..." and then put pen to paper to see what comes out!
What is the MISSION you're here to share with the world? What are your values? What is the purpose that you're ready to live in?
If you're having trouble, you can ask your higher self (or God, the universe, etc.) for guidance.
Also - don't judge whatever DOES come out. Trust your flow!
➡️ 2). Make a list of all the things you're going to buy and do with your next-level WEALTH.
WHY do you want more money? What are you going to BUY with more money? What are you going to do?
Creating a container for your money to flow into is a super powerful practice.
Way too often we get lost, trying to force and push our way to more money, and we lose sight of WHY we actually want the money to begin with.
Put your pen to paper and go wild!!

Here’s what we covered:
💖 How to create a strong foundation rooted in deep self-love
💖 Imposter syndrome (in business AND in life) and “tests” from the universe that force you to master your craft as a healer, coach, leader, OR conscious creator
💖 How to make peace with the present moment and heal the story that says “I am not where I should be”
💖 The plight of the empath and how to heal people pleaser mentality
💖 How to continue moving towards your greater purpose and MISSION by healing the fears that hold you back
💖 How to navigate the dark night of the soul and release low vibrational energy on a deep energetic level
You also received a bonus exercise to face your deepest fears and limiting stories so you can release them with love.
➡️ Take out your journal and write down one or two fears or limiting stories (or more if that feels good) standing in the way of the next-level success and abundance you desire.
Ex): I'm afraid to speak my truth in the online space because people might not like it, my family will see it, or someone will make fun of me
Ex): I'm afraid to call in next-level success and abundance because I don't think I deserve it, I don't think it will last, or people won't like me if I grow and expand
Writing the fears/limiting stories down will help bring awareness to it (you're shining the light of consciousness on something that was once unconscious or buried in your subconscious).
After you write them down, sit with them and really feel ALL the negative feelings that come up. Really FEEL the fear and sit in the discomfort. You may even be able to isolate the feeling of fear in a specific part of your body (maybe your throat, chest, etc.)
Once you feel the negative feelings, tell yourself it's okay to release it. And then send the fear/limiting story some love (you can picture light energy of love going to that limiting story or the part of your body where you're feeling the fear come up).
This is deep energy healing work and there is really no "right" way to do it. This is the same type of work I take my clients through.
Feel it out and send the old stories off with love in the way that feels most aligned to you.
And then be easy on yourself for the rest of the day. Maybe sink into some yummy self-care or self-love practices!

Always remember - your higher self IS you. She is the divine part of you. So make your list of dreams and desires UNAPOLOGETICALLY.
Don't worry about how they will happen or if it's even possible (it is).
Your higher self is always guiding you towards your deeper mission, purpose, and ultimate fulfillment - so with that in mind, put pen to paper and make your list.
Also remember - These dreams and desires shouldn't be what you THINK you "should" want based on other people or society's wishes. They should be 1111111111111% YOURS.

➡️ Pretend you are your future self in 2024. Take out your journal and begin scripting about your amazing life!
Script in the past or present tense - as if your life is already happening/has already happened.
Paint the picture of the OVERALL dream life in your script:
- Your bank account and your income
- Your business and the amazing clients you get to work with (or your career)
- Your hobbies (do you attend sound baths or reiki? Maybe you go on healing retreats, do amazing artwork, cook, etc. etc.!)
- What your morning and evening routines look like AND your spiritual practice
- What your home life, family, and friendships look like (your soul fam!)
- And whatever else comes to mind!
The above are all just suggestions for what you can add into your scripting practice. You don't have to use all of them (or any of them!).
Just simply pretend you are your next-level self one year from now, put pen to paper and write about your DELICIOUS life!
