For healing to occur, you need to realize that it will take all parties involved to commit to rebuilding something new. In this video you'll learn how to fix a broken relationship using the ancient Japanese philosophy known as Kintsugi. Is it wise for us to try to repair all broken relationships? Sometimes the right thing to do is walk away. But often, it is worth repairing a broken relationship. And in so doing we come out stronger and create something more valuable just as we witness with the Kintsugi philosophy. One thing I want to you to remember is that healing is a process and it does take time. So whether you are working on mending a broken marriage, friendship or familial relationship, do your best to be compassionate with yourself and the other person. ··· ··· ··· ··· Throughout my life, I have often felt inadequate, not good enough, and unworthy. Over the years, I have learned to recognize and fight these feelings, but the Matthew McConaughey course has brought them back to the surface. I am now working through them once and for all. I wanted to share this with you because I understand how easy it is to feel alone in struggling with low self-esteem. However, I want to assure you that even those who have lived a long life can still face these emotions. The important thing is to avoid self-blame and not let these negative feelings consume us.
