1:: This is a tough time for my family...

01.01.1970 · 01:00:00 ··· 19.12.2023 · 21:21:25 ··· ···
··· ··· ··· ··· Hi noble ones, thank you for clicking and caring. Here is a link to the crowdfunding I have mentioned on the video. Many thanks to all of you. https://gofund.me/3a76ad3c If you are having any problems with the crowdfunding donation page, you can use these other ways to support the cause. Thank you You can support me via paypal directly https://paypal.me/metatronYT?country.x=IT&locale.x=en_US You can become a Patron on Patreon https://patreon.com/themetatron?utm_medium=clipboard_copy&utm_source=copyLink&utm_campaign=creatorshare_creator&utm_content=join_link If you prefer Venmo you can use my wife's account to support me directly https://account.venmo.com/u/Mackenzie-Wills-1 My Mum and Her Condition I may have taken the name of an angel, but if anyone deserves that it would be my mum. She is my angel and always will be. This year we have been struck with her diagnosis, malignant cancer, high grade (Stage 3) which has already spread to the lymph nodes. The cancer mass is 6 cm in size and is currently inoperable. My mum is now doing chemotherapy in the hopes of reaching a point where she will be able to have surgery. Her Young Pictures My mum is in her late 70s. You may notice I've only used pictures of her when she was young. That's because that's how I see her. As soon as my wife Kenzie and I heard the news we flew back to Italy from the US where we live now, and the first thing she told us as we hugged her is that "she is no longer beautiful". She is. She'll always be. However, as a token of that, I share her how she would want to be seen and remembered, so that the beauty in her youth may match the beaty of her soul. Why am I doing this? My parents gave me life. Watching her ever present smile being taken away, as every morning and every evening she goes through pain is a lot to process. On top of that, she shared with me her financial preoccupation due to the continuous expenses for the 24/7 care she needs at home, on top of her worries for her own life. She is also worried about my dad Lorenzo, who in the case of her passing, would have to rely on his minimum pension to survive. We don't come from money but we are happy with what life has given us. With difficulty and sacrifice, my parents helped and supported me through my studies, and I never felt anything but love, care and true understanding from them. The least I can do is to look after them in these times of need and do the best I can as a loving son to be there for them and take any worry they may have away. Important Note For any international donor, particularly those in the USA, please understand that Italian health care doesn't reach the costs American healthcare does in the case of cancer treatment. I don't want to be misleading in anyway towards you. How Will The Funds Be Used? I want to be 100% transparent with any generous soul who wishes to help during this time. I wish this to be an informed decision in the spirit of clarity and truth. Any funds raised will be used: To cover the overall medical costs for her treatment To have more options for specialized care For a Possible Second opinion by specialists Private care instead of public system to reduce waiting time To pay for any home care 24/7 she needs To pay for private nurses (She needs them 3 times a week) To also establish a fund for my dad's support For possible funeral expenses To make her more comfortable Last in importance, to help my wife and I keep coming back and forth from the US as often as we need, so to help us too for our flight expenses This would also allow me to slow my production a bit when needed to focus on my mum, stay at home more, taking her to all her appointments but still allowing my wife and I to remain stable. To my subscribers If you have been following my channel you'll know I have recently raised funds to help children with cancer, with my plushies, which I donated to Saint Jude's hospital in Tennessee. When I started the fundraiser I had no idea this would have happened to my mum. When I made the donation I was already aware of her tumor. We are even more proud and happy with that donation we gave, because as a family that fundraiser now gained a whole new significance. Our desire to help has grown. As her life slowly fades away, may new young life gain hope. We wanted to turn our pain into joy for families who are fighting cancer for their children. We wanted to help others first. I am sorry for asking so much from you, and I thank you for your true selfless generosity. From All of Us As a Family As a family, we thank each and everyone of you for your kindness. I know many people support me and have shown in the past great generosity, but please don't give beyond your means. Little donations will help too, anything helps. Only give what you are comfortable with. Thank you from our hearts, Raf/Metatron, Kenzie, Lorenzo and Wanda

Which of course included jousting. 16: Spear penetrates eyeslot near the target's left eye and draws blood, victim claims "'Tis nothing, 'Tis nothing." The author cheerfully observed that had not the victim simultaneously struck his opponent with "such a mighty blow upon his left pauldron that he almost would have pierced it, and he made him suffer a serious reversal of fortune" his opponent would have "poked the spear through his eye to the back of his neck in such a way that he would have killed him" 18: Minor wound on the "inner parts" of the left gauntlet. 32: The unfortunate Asbert de Claremunt is struck through the eyeslit with a "such a mighty blow that he pushed the entire head of the spear through his left eye into his brains." 8: Right arm pierced near armpit, great loss of blood, victim faints. Check out my patreon and please support before I get a heart attack with all these nonsensical takes :) https://www.patreon.com/themetatron Historical fiction is a literary genre in which a fictional plot takes place in the setting of particular real historical events. Although the term is commonly used as a synonym for historical fiction literature, it can also be applied to other types of narrative, including theatre, opera, cinema, and television, as well as video games and graphic novels. An essential element of historical fiction is that it is set in the past and pays attention to the manners, social conditions and other details of the depicted period.[1] Authors also frequently choose to explore notable historical figures in these settings, allowing readers to better understand how these individuals might have responded to their environments. The historical romance usually seeks to romanticize eras of the past. Some subgenres such as alternate history and historical fantasy insert intentionally ahistorical or speculative elements into a novel. Napoleon Bonaparte (born Napoleone Buonaparte;[3][c] 15 August 1769 – 5 May 1821), later known by his regnal name Napoleon I, was a French emperor and military commander who rose to prominence during the French Revolution and led successful campaigns during the Revolutionary Wars. He was the leader of the French Republic as First Consul from 1799 to 1804, then of the French Empire as Emperor of the French from 1804 until 1814, and briefly again in 1815. His political and cultural legacy endures as a celebrated and controversial leader. He initiated many enduring reforms, but has been criticized for his authoritarian rule. He is considered one of the greatest military commanders in history and his wars and campaigns are still studied at military schools worldwide. However, historians still debate whether he was responsible for the Napoleonic Wars in which between three and six million people died. Sir Ridley Scott (born 30 November 1937) is an English filmmaker. He is best known for directing films in the science fiction, crime, and historical drama genres. His work is known for its atmospheric and highly concentrated visual style.[1][2][3] Scott has received many accolades, including the BAFTA Fellowship for lifetime achievement in 2018, two Primetime Emmy Awards, and a Golden Globe Award.[4] In 2003, he was knighted by Queen Elizabeth II.[5] An alumnus of the Royal College of Art in London, Scott began his career in television as a designer and director before moving into advertising as a director of commercials. He made his film directorial debut with The Duellists (1977) and gained wider recognition with his next film, Alien (1979). #metatron #debunking #mythbusting

Link to my video on the Carthaginians https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0giYY40b0q8 So where do the people who present this “truth” of hannibal Barca being black get this idea, what do they base it on? Archaeologically. All of this stems from one specific finding, This coin. So let's talk about this coin. What you'll notice is that the people who push this coin as a true representation of Hannibal Barca never tell you where the coin comes from, who made it, what period is from, what the historical context was when it was made. What proof they have that it indeed represents Hannibal's true features, as opposed to what we usually imagine. Check it. They tell you nothing of this coin's origins, material, constituents, weight. I'll tell you everything there is to know about it, including the weigh, which you'll see is an actually very important aspect to consider, when we try to uncover the real history and truth about this coin. This coin dates to the Roman era. On the surface of this coin we see the image of an elephant with a golden bell on one side, and the face of what clearly is a black African man on the other. The coin is usually presented as a Punic coiniage, which would allegedly show the real face of Hannibal. This is pure baseless speculation. The coin is NOT of punic origin at all, as we'll see. The reality is that this specific coin, of which we have several samples by the way, is not Punic, and most likely does not represent Hannibal Barca. So who does it represent then? One thing at a time. This is an Etruscan mint. Also it might not have anything to do with the second punic war either. That's still under debate. I have a lot of interesting information to share today, so make sure to watch until the end, we'll explore several theories and discuss the pros and cons of such theories, you won't regret it I promise. Let me show you then how I support the claim that the coin is Etruscan. If you disagree with me I'll respect it, it's your right, but at least hear me out and let me present the evidence first. 3 - An Etruscan Coiniage As we always do the way to validate any historical statement is to cross reference it with other media. Let's start at the literary mentions of the coin. The first reference to this specific coin with the head of a black gentleman with an elephant is in a letter written by the erudite Reginaldo Sellari, dated to the second half of the 8th century. In this letter the place of the original finding is indicated, Here in Italy, in la Val di Chiana, specifically in the fraction between the regions of Umbria and Toscana including the towns of Arezzo, Chiusi, Cortona and lake Trasimeno. If by the end of the 1700 the numismatist (that's someone who studies coins) Joseph Eckel in his Doctrina numerorum veterum, had generally mentioned, without being fully convinced, that according to some the coiniage were of Punic origin, already “Sellari” had correctly attributed the origin of these coins to the Etruscans. That's thanks to the following letters, written on the coin, in the Etruscan alphabet v,c,m and ś, which appear sometimes under the elephant's stomach. These were initially interpreted as the initials of several hypothetical urban centres, although they are probably just the initials of the makers or their workshop. The coins, of which today about 40 specimens are known, are made of bronze, and weigh about 5 and a half grams each. The style is homogenous, and even though usually differences in printing may be an indication of different mints, the issuing centre was one. 4 - What did Hannibal Look like? As we try to frame this coin culturally and contextually to the best of our abilities, we need to see where the image of Hannibal as a light skinned individual comes from instead. Let's first look at the famous bust of Hannibal, found in Capua. The attribution of this remains still strongly debated. Was it really Hannibal or not? Difficult to say. There are no extant autobiographies of Hannibal or Carthaginian works on Hannibal, which has resulted in a historiographical bias However, we can find a strong inkling as we look at the other members of the Barca family, which we do find represented on the Spanish Carthaginian coin issues. At first glance we can see how these representation strongly negates the interpretation of a black or subsaharan Hannibal, as we see faces and heads which are clearly of a different phenotypic variant. Differently from this coin, these are Carthaginian mints. This is Hannibal. This is his brother Hasdrubal. This is Hamilcar, the father. Why should we believe that he looked like this, if the rest of his family looked like that? #netflix #hanniballshow #denzelwashington

If so what would be the differences between moderns freedom of speech and ancient freedom of speech? Can we find Roman legal documents that speak about freedom of speech? or could magistrates and authorities silence whomever they wanted? Let's find out. The Roman Empire[a] was the post-Republican state of ancient Rome and is generally understood to mean the period and territory ruled by the Romans following Octavian's assumption of sole rule under the Principate in 31 BC. It included territory in Europe, North Africa, and Western Asia, and was ruled by emperors. The fall of the Western Roman Empire in 476 conventionally marks the end of classical antiquity and the beginning of the Middle Ages. Rome had expanded its rule to most of the Mediterranean and beyond, but became severely destabilized in civil wars and political conflicts which culminated in the victory of Octavian over Mark Antony and Cleopatra at the Battle of Actium in 31 BC and the subsequent conquest of the Ptolemaic Kingdom in Egypt. In 27 BC the Roman Senate granted Octavian overarching power (imperium) and the new title of Augustus, marking his accession as the first Roman emperor of a monarchy with Rome as its sole capital. The vast Roman territories were organized in senatorial and imperial provinces. #romanempire #ancientrome #freedomofspeech

Sorry for the inconvenience common-myths-about-the-middle-ages/olivia-pasquarelli on Ranker 10-myths-and-lies-about-ancient-romans/ on ImperiumRomanum The history of Rome includes the history of the city of Rome as well as the civilisation of ancient Rome. Roman history has been influential on the modern world, especially in the history of the Catholic Church, and Roman law has influenced many modern legal systems. Roman history can be divided into the following periods: Pre-historical and early Rome, covering Rome's earliest inhabitants and the legend of its founding by Romulus The period of Etruscan dominance and the regal period, in which, according to tradition, Romulus was the first of seven kings The Roman Republic, which commenced in 509 BC when kings were replaced with rule by elected magistrates. The period was marked by vast expansion of Roman territory. During the 5th century BC, Rome gained regional dominance in Latium. With the Punic Wars from 264 to 146 BC, ancient Rome gained dominance over the Western Mediterranean, displacing Carthage as the dominant regional power. The Roman Empire followed the Republic, which waned with the rise of Julius Caesar, and by all measures concluded after a period of civil war and the victory of Caesar's adopted son, Octavian, in 27 BC over Mark Antony. The Western Roman Empire collapsed in 476 after the city was conquered by the Ostrogothic Kingdom. Consequently Rome's power declined, and it eventually became part of the Eastern Roman Empire, as the Duchy of Rome, from the 6th to 8th centuries. At this time, the city was reduced to a fraction of its former size, being sacked several times in the 5th to 6th centuries, even temporarily depopulated entirely. In the history of Europe, the Middle Ages or medieval period (also spelled mediæval or mediaeval) lasted approximately from the late 5th to the late 15th centuries, aligning with the post-classical period of global history.[citation needed] It began with the fall of the Western Roman Empire in 476 AD and ended with the fall of Constantinople in 1453 AD before transitioning into the Renaissance and then the Age of Discovery. The Middle Ages is the middle period of the three traditional divisions of Western history: antiquity, medieval, and modern. The medieval period is itself subdivided into the Early, High, and Late Middle Ages. Late medieval scholars at first called these the Dark Ages in contrast to classical antiquity; the accuracy of the term has subsequently been challenged. Population decline, counterurbanisation, the collapse of centralized authority, invasion and the mass migration of tribes, which had begun in late antiquity, continued into the Early Middle Ages. The large-scale movements of the Migration Period, including of Germanic peoples, led to the rise of new kingdoms in Western Europe. In the 7th century, the Middle East and North Africa came under caliphal rule with the Arab conquests. The Byzantine Empire survived in the Eastern Mediterranean and advanced secular law through the Code of Justinian. In the West, most kingdoms incorporated extant Roman institutions, while the influence of Christianity expanded across Europe. The Carolingian dynasty of the Franks established the Carolingian Empire during the later 8th and early 9th centuries in Western Europe before it succumbed to internal conflict and external invasions from the Vikings from the north, Magyars from the east, and the Muslims from the south. #debunking #mythbusting #metatron

7:: Were The Ancient Romans Nordic? The Truth

01.01.1970 · 01:00:00 ··· 10.11.2023 · 20:01:05 ··· ···
··· ··· ··· ··· So, when we imagine the ancient Romans, particularly the ruling elites is this how we should imagine them? Where the ancient Romans Nordic? Did they belong to the Nordic phenotype? Link to my Patreon account, check it out! https://www.patreon.com/themetatron Credit and Link to the music used on this video. "Music by Karl Casey @ White Bat Audio" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Eiijm2GhKAA&t=0s It doesn't matter which side of the spectrum they come from, lies are lies and we attack all without hesitation. The idea that the ancient Romans belonged to the Nordic Phenotypic type is part of a theoretical system which generally speaking was born in Germany and fostered by the likes of Hans Friedrich Karl Gunther. We are specifically referring to the set of theories called Nordicism. The ancient Romans being Nordic, with a stronger enphasis on the ruling elite, is an easy claim to attack. To address it we'll utilize a systemic data analysis model in order to evaluate the coherence of such investigation system, and its sub routinse. And whether or not an argument is contradictory in its premises once looked upon throgh the perspective of iconographic, literarly and material evidence, including DNA analysis. We will call this a logic investigation sequence and consisntence check criteria. Intro 1 - The Flux of Time 2 - What is Nordicism? 3 - The Hypothesis 4 - An Academically Weak Case 5 - The so Called Roman Nordic Elite 6 - The True Emperors' Looks 7 - The Myth of the Blonde Prostitutes 8 - Ancient Regional Genetic Substructure and Continuity Conclusion The Flux of Time The past is a dynamic continuum. As humans stride across the centuries, a complete ethnic monolithic fulcre of civilization, particularly when core societies become multi cultural due to foreign individual relocation patterns, conquest, citizenship extention and other factors, is difficult to identify, but it's usually present. Power, success and wealth attracts immigration. The city of Rome also attracted people from various regions throughout the Mediterranean basin and a certain degree of cosmopolitanism would have been encountered in the city. However, at least when it comes to Italian Romans, a long lasting continuum of the genetic fabric of the population appears to be demonstrable regardless of barbaric invasions, slave influx and other external demographic pressures. The imprint these phenomena had on the original population chains in the peninsula is not zero but was never overwhelming. However a claim such as "the Romans were Nordic before immigration and foreign influx within the population ethnic strata" requires a statistically significant core of identifiable factors, in order to be proven. A strong discrepancy between objective data and theoretical postulation will have to be negligible for the hypothesis to stand. Moreover in order to determine the ethnic consistency of the Italian Roman people we will make use of several resources. Literary evidence, iconographic evidence, genetic evidence. Then we'll formulate a consistent hypothesis based on the examination of all reliable information. Political groups on all sides often make use of vague statements as a form of mass manipulation, due to the general lack of resource access and higher understanding of these historical concepts by the masses. Let's rectify that. Furthermore, if the Romans were indeed Nordic, we would also need to see a high level of Germanic socio linguistic interference and cultural heritage retention. What is the integer which would correctly describe the phenomenon. One step at a time. What is Nordicism? Although on this video we are specifically focusing on the claims concernig the Ancient Romans, I'd like to spend a word or two to frame our discussion when it comes to what Nordicism is and what it claimed. Nordicism as a school of thought was born between the end of the 19th century and the beginning of the 20th century within several cultural circles, in Europe and America, having among its main proponents, the American Madison Grant, the Frenchman De Gobineau and the German Eugen Fischer. According to this ideology, the Nordic Phenotypes were intellectually and culturally superior to all others. The Nordic type being superior to all also meant that no other “lesser” racial groups had been able to do as much historically; and so the wake of this hypothesis the Roman empire becomes a problem you see. Because how can a Southern European empire be capable of such splendor if they were lesser beings? Gunther in his "Rassenkunde Europas" translated in English as The Racial Elements of European History, Attributes the creative force of history to the Nordic element within the ethnic fabric of mankind, and within a picture that tries to claim ethnic appropriation of all the winners, of course the Romans would be included. #ancientrome #nordic #metatron

The novel was previously adapted into a 1980 television miniseries. On this video we will review the trailer and discuss possible historical points of interest. I hope you like it. The Edo period (江戸時代, Edo jidai), also known as the Tokugawa period (徳川時代, Tokugawa jidai), is the period between 1603 and 1868[1] in the history of Japan, when Japan was under the rule of the Tokugawa shogunate and the country's 300 regional daimyo. Emerging from the chaos of the Sengoku period, the Edo period was characterized by economic growth, strict social order, isolationist foreign policies, a stable population, perpetual peace, and popular enjoyment of arts and culture, colloquially referred to as Oedo (大江戸, Oo-Edo, "Great Edo"). The period derives its name from Edo (now Tokyo), where on March 24, 1603, the shogunate was officially established by Tokugawa Ieyasu. The period came to an end with the Meiji Restoration and the Boshin War, which restored imperial rule to Japan The Edo period or Tokugawa period is the period between 1603 and 1868 in the history of Japan, when Japan was under the rule of the Tokugawa shogunate and the country's regional daimyo.[2] A revolution took place from the time of the Kamakura shogunate, which existed with the Tennō's court, to the Tokugawa, when the samurai became the unchallenged rulers in what historian Edwin O. Reischauer called a "centralized feudal" form of shogunate. Instrumental in the rise of the new bakufu was Tokugawa Ieyasu, the main beneficiary of the achievements of Oda Nobunaga and Toyotomi Hideyoshi.[3] Already a powerful daimyo (feudal lord), Ieyasu profited by his transfer to the rich Kantō area. He maintained two million koku of land, a new headquarters at Edo, a strategically situated castle town (the future Tokyo), and also had an additional two million koku of land and thirty-eight vassals under his control. After Hideyoshi's death, Ieyasu moved quickly to seize control from the Toyotomi clan.[citation needed] Ieyasu's victory over the western daimyo at the Battle of Sekigahara (October 21, 1600, or in the Japanese old calendar on the 15th day of the ninth month of the fifth year of the Keichō era) gave him control of all Japan. He rapidly abolished numerous enemy daimyo houses, reduced others, such as that of the Toyotomi, and redistributed the spoils of war to his family and allies. Ieyasu still failed to achieve complete control of the western daimyo, but his assumption of the title of shōgun helped consolidate the alliance system. After further strengthening his power base, Ieyasu installed his son Hidetada (1579–1632) as shōgun and himself as retired shōgun in 1605. The Toyotomi were still a significant threat, and Ieyasu devoted the next decade to their eradication. In 1615, the Tokugawa army destroyed the Toyotomi stronghold at Osaka. #shogun #samurai #trailer

In the history of Europe, the Middle Ages or medieval period (also spelled mediæval or mediaeval) lasted approximately from the late 5th to the late 15th centuries, aligning with[citation needed] the post-classical period of global history. It began with the fall of the Western Roman Empire in 476 AD and ended with the fall of Constantinople in 1453 AD before transitioning into the Renaissance and then the Age of Discovery. During the High Middle Ages, which began after 1000, the population of Europe increased greatly as technological and agricultural innovations allowed trade to flourish and the Medieval Warm Period climate change allowed crop yields to increase. Manorialism, the organisation of peasants into villages that owed rent and labour services to the nobles, and feudalism, the political structure whereby knights and lower-status nobles owed military service to their overlords in return for the right to rent from lands and manors, were two of the ways society was organised in the High Middle Ages. This period also saw the formal division of the Catholic and Orthodox churches, with the East–West Schism of 1054. The Crusades, which began in 1095, were military attempts by Western European Christians to regain control of the Holy Land from Muslims and also contributed to the expansion of Latin Christendom in the Baltic region and the Iberian Peninsula. Kings became the heads of centralised nation states, reducing crime and violence but making the ideal of a unified Christendom more distant. In the West, intellectual life was marked by scholasticism, a philosophy that emphasised joining faith to reason, and by the founding of universities. The theology of Thomas Aquinas, the paintings of Giotto, the poetry of Dante and Chaucer, the travels of Marco Polo, and the Gothic architecture of cathedrals such as Chartres mark the end of this period. The Late Middle Ages was marked by difficulties and calamities including famine, plague, and war, which significantly diminished the population of Europe; between 1347 and 1350, the Black Death killed about a third of Europeans. Controversy, heresy, and the Western Schism within the Catholic Church paralleled the interstate conflict, civil strife, and peasant revolts that occurred in the kingdoms. Cultural and technological developments transformed European society, concluding the Late Middle Ages and beginning the early modern period. #metatron

It occurred shortly after the Last Supper (during which Jesus gave his final sermon), and immediately after the kiss of Judas, which is traditionally said to have been an act of betrayal since Judas made a deal with the chief priests to arrest Jesus. The event ultimately led, in the Gospel accounts, to Jesus's crucifixion. The nature of this video is epistemological, mostly in the sense that we'll try to organize a professional framework to establish the distinction between justified belief and opinion, through a deep dive into the historical, cultural, and linguistic context, including a brief review of the main areas of Roman law interested, both substantive and procedural, and how the legal system interacted occupied territories and provincial Roman life. There will be things you'll hear here today for the first time, That is because we will not just use English translation of scripture, but we will see exactly what words were used in the original language through exegesis and interlinear textual analysis. As we are talking about his arrest, of course this is not a video where we wish to discuss whether historical Jesus existed or not. I've already made a video about that topic, and I side with those scholars and historians who do believe Jesus existed. If you don't, I respect that but for this video you'll have to allow me the premise here that he did in fact exist. Contents of This Video Intro 1 - A pivotal event 2 - Greek interlinear analysis 3 - Roman military context 4 - Socio-cultural context 5 - Are you the son of God? 6 - Son of which God? 7 - On The Grounds of Law and Order The specific case we are discussing today is mentioned in all 4 gospel accounts. The arrest of Jesus was a pivotal event in Christianity. Occurring shortly after the Last Supper. According to the canonical gospels, after the Last Supper, Jesus and his disciples went out to the garden Gethsemane. But even though the gospels say similar things, they don't all say the exact same thing, and the problem alluded to is the fact that there is one word specifically in Greek that I'd like to focus our attention on today. This word. Matthew 26,47-56; Mark14,43-52,15; Luke 22,47-53; John 18,1-11 The Military Context Whether you be a christian or not, I think we are all familiar with Jesus' arrest. You may have read it, or maybe you've seen in in a film representation. Usually we tend to focus out attention to the main players of this occurance, Jesus and Judas. Judas accompained by Roman guards, reaches the garden. Once Jesus is identified with the kiss, or by him speaking out depending on the version, we imagine the Roman guards making the arrest. Let me ask you a question. While I was describing this event you were probably imagining it in your mind. When you heard the sentence "Judas accompained by Roman guards, reaches the garden". How many guards did you imagine? 2? 10? Let's see what the scripture tells us in English first. οχλος | Abarim Publications Theological Dictionary (New Testament Greek) (abarim-publications.com) The three synoptic gospels use a rather vague word, crowd. But definitely if it's a crowd the number is significant already. Luke However doesn't. He is MUCH more specific in the original langauge. But one thing at a time. Let's first double check the word crowd in Greek. In the original Greek text we have this word. Ok so what does Luke say? In Luke the word used is consistently mistranslated, and that's where my team and I can bring some good textual analysis to the table here What I'm about to tell you sheds lights to the event and will engage the socio cultural and political implication behind it. The best and most coherent translation in period of this word, is cohort and I'm adamant about it. Show all the different versions of the verse John 18:12 #metatron #jesus #bible

13:: My Response To an Afrocentrist On Black Egyptians

Link to the video I'm responding to: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I95eOF-Mkwk Link to my original video he reponded to: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jnGfzEj12mk Afrocentricity is an academic theory and approach to scholarship that seeks to center the experiences and peoples of Africa and the African diaspora within their own historical, cultural, and sociological contexts.[1][2][3][4] First developed as a systematized methodology by Molefi Kete Asante in 1980, he drew inspiration from a number of African and African diaspora intellectuals including Cheikh Anta Diop, George James, Harold Cruse, Ida B. Wells, Langston Hughes, Malcolm X, Marcus Garvey, and W. E. B. Du Bois.[1] The Temple Circle,[5][6] also known as the Temple School of Thought,[6] Temple Circle of Afrocentricity,[7] or Temple School of Afrocentricity,[8] was an early group of Africologists during the late 1980s and early 1990s that helped to further develop Afrocentricity, which is based on concepts of agency, centeredness, location, and orientation.[5] Definition Afrocentricity was coined to evoke "African-centeredness", and, as a unifying paradigm, draws from the foundational scholarship of Africana studies and African studies.[3][9] Those who identify as specialists in Afrocentricity, including historians, philosophers, and sociologists, call themselves "Africologists"[10][11] or "Afrocentrists."[12][13][11] Africologists seek to ground their work in the perspective and culture common to African peoples, and center African peoples and their experiences as agents and subjects.[14] Ama Mazama defined the paradigm of Afrocentricity as being composed of the "ontology/epistemology, cosmology, axiology, and aesthetics of African people" and as being "centered in African experiences", which then conveys the "African voice". According to her, Afrocentricity incorporates African dance, music, rituals, legends, literature, and oratures as key features of its expository approach. Axiological features of Afrocentricity that Mazama identifies include explorations of African ethics, and the aesthetic aspects incorporate African mythology, rhythm, and the performing arts. Mazama also argues that Afrocentricity can integrate aspects of African spiritualities as essential components of African worldviews. Mazama sees spirituality and other intuitive methods of acquiring knowledge and emotional responses used in the paradigm as a counterbalance to rationality, and firsthand experience of these cultural and spiritual artifacts can inform Afrocentricity.[3] Mazama indicates that many of the terms and concepts used in Afrocentricity are meant to shift the conceptual status of Africans from being objects that are acted upon to subjects who are agents that act.[15] In contrast to the hegemonic ideology of Eurocentrism, the paradigm of Afrocentricity is argued by Africologists to be non-hierarchical and pluralistic and not intended to supplant "'white knowledge' with 'black knowledge'". As a holistic multidisciplinary theory with a strong focus on the location and agency of Africans, Afrocentricity is designed not to accept the role of subaltern prescribed to Africans by Eurocentrism. An important aspect of Afrocentricity is therefore a deconstruction and criticism of hegemony, racism, and prejudice.[1] Africologists, who produce Afrocentric academic works, identify their professional field as Afrocentricity – not Afrocentrism. Crucially, not all academic works that focus on African or African-American topics are necessarily Afrocentric and neither are works on melanist theories nor those rooted in matters of color of the skin, biology, or biological determinism; this means that some claims to Afrocentricity are not strictly part of the paradigm, and certain critiques of supposedly Afrocentric ideas may not be critiques of Afrocentricity per se. #metatron #blackegypt #response

The aggregation and provision of previously published material is generally a legal practice, though it may be subject to laws concerning stalking and intimidation.[6] Doxing may be carried out for reasons such as online shaming, extortion, and vigilante aid to law enforcement.[7][8] It also may be associated with hacktivism. Etymology "Doxing" is a neologism. It originates from a spelling alteration of the abbreviation "docs", for "documents", and refers to "compiling and releasing a dossier of personal information on someone".[9] Essentially, doxing is revealing and publicizing the records of an individual, which were previously private or difficult to obtain. The term dox derives from the slang "dropping dox", which, according to a contributor to Wired, Mat Honan, was "an old-school revenge tactic that emerged from hacker culture in 1990s". Hackers operating outside the law in that era used the breach of an opponent's anonymity as a means to expose opponents to harassment or legal repercussions.[9] Consequently, doxing often comes with a negative connotation because it can be a means of revenge via the violation of privacy.[10] History The practice of publishing personal information about individuals as a form of vigilantism predates the Internet, via physical media such as newspapers and pamphlets. For example, in response to the Stamp Act 1765 in the Thirteen Colonies, radical groups such as the Sons of Liberty harassed tax collectors and those who did not comply with boycotts on British goods, by publishing their names in pamphlets and newspaper articles.[11][12] Outside of hacker communities, the first prominent examples of doxing took place on internet discussion forums on Usenet in the late 1990s, including users circulating lists of suspected neo-Nazis.[13] One of the first documented doxing events was the publication of a "Blacklist of Net.Nazis and Sandlot Bullies"[14] which listed names, email addresses, phone numbers, and mailing addresses of individuals the author objected to. Also in the late 1990s, a website called the Nuremberg Files launched, featuring the home addresses of abortion providers and language that implied website visitors should stalk and kill the people listed.[13] In 2012, when then-Gawker reporter Adrian Chen revealed the identity of Reddit troll Violentacrez as Michael Brutsch, Reddit users accused Chen of doxing Brutsch and declared "war" on Gawker. In the mid-2010s, the events of the Gamergate harassment campaign brought the term into wider public use. Participants in Gamergate became known for releasing sensitive information about their targets to the public, sometimes with the intent of causing the targets in question physical harm. Caroline Sinders, a research fellow at the Center for Democracy and Technology, said that "Gamergate, for a lot of people, for mainstream culture, was the introduction to what doxxing #sssniperwolf #jacksfilms #doxing

Here is the link to the original video for context: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UZpbz4053mo Archery, or the use of bow and arrows, was probably developed in Africa by the later Middle Stone Age (approx. 70,000 years ago). It is documented as part of warfare and hunting from the classical period (where it figures in the mythologies of many cultures)[1] until the end of the 19th century, when it was made obsolete by the invention and spread of repeating firearms.[citation needed] Archers were a widespread if supplemental part of the military in the classical period, and bowmen fought on foot, in chariots or mounted on horses. Archery rose to prominence in Europe in the later medieval period, where victories such as the Battle of Agincourt cemented the longbow in military lore.[citation needed] Archery in both hunting and warfare was eventually replaced by firearms in Europe in the Late Middle Ages and early modern period. Firearms eventually diffused throughout Eurasia via the Gunpowder empires, gradually reducing the importance of archery in warfare throughout the world.[citation needed] Archery is still practiced today, for hunting[2] and as a target sport.[citation needed] Prehistory Paleolithic and Epipaleolithic The oldest known evidence of arrows comes from South African sites such as Sibudu Cave, where likely arrowheads have been found, dating from approximately 72,000–60,000 years ago,[3][4][5][6][7][8] on some of which poisons may have been used.[3] Small stone points from the Grotte Mandrin in Southern France, used some 54,000 years ago, have damage from use that indicates their use as projectile weapons, and some are too small (less than 10mm across as the base) for any practical use other than as arrowheads.[9] They are associated with possibly the first groups of modern humans to leave Africa.[10][11] Likely arrowheads were reported in 2020 from Fa Hien Cave in Sri Lanka, dated to 48,000 years ago. "Bow-and-arrow hunting at the Sri Lankan site likely focused on monkeys and smaller animals, such as squirrels... Remains of these creatures were found in the same sediment as the bone points."[12][13] At the site of Nataruk in Turkana County, Kenya, obsidian bladelets found embedded in a human skull and within the thoracic cavity of another human skeleton, suggest the use of stone-tipped arrows as weapons about 10,000 years ago.[14] In the Sahara, Mesolithic rock art of the Tassili plateau depicts people carrying bows from 5,000 BP or earlier.[15] Based on indirect evidence, the bow seems also to have appeared or reappeared later in Eurasia around the Upper Paleolithic. In the Levant, artifacts which may be arrow-shaft straighteners are known from the Natufian culture, (ca. 12,800–10,300 BP) onwards. The Khiamian and PPN A shouldered Khiam-points may well be arrowheads. Possible fragments of a bow found at Mannheim-Vogelstang have been dated to the Early Magdelenian age (c. 17,500 to 18,000 years ago) and at Stellmoor dated 11,000 years ago.[16] Azilian points found in Grotte du Bichon, Switzerland, alongside the remains of both a bear and a hunter, with flint fragments found in the bear's third vertebra, suggest the use of arrows at 13,500 years ago.[17] Other early indications of archery in Europe come from Stellmoor in the Ahrensburg valley north of Hamburg, Germany. They were associated with artifacts of the late Paleolithic (11,000–9,000 BP). The arrows were made of pine and consisted of a mainshaft and a 15–20 centimetre (6–8 inches) long foreshaft with a flint point. They had shallow grooves on the base, indicating that they were shot from a bow.[18] The oldest definite bows known so far come from the Holmegaard swamp in Denmark. In the 1940s, two bows were found there, dated to about 8,000 BP.[19] The Holmegaard bows are made of elm and have flat arms and a D-shaped midsection. The center section is biconvex. The complete bow is 1.50 m (5 ft) long. Bows of Holmegaard-type were in use until the Bronze Age; the convexity of the midsection has decreased with time. Mesolithic pointed shafts have been found in England, Germany, Denmark, and Sweden. They were often rather long, up to 120 cm (4 ft) and made of European hazel (Corylus avellana), wayfaring tree (Viburnum lantana) and other small woody shoots. Some still have flint arrow-heads preserved; others have blunt wooden ends for hunting birds and small game. The ends show traces of fletching, which was fastened on with birch-tar.[citation needed] #archery #debunking #mythbusting

··· ··· ··· ··· Ok so the whistle blower David Grusch, former National Reconnaissance Officer Representative, testifies during a House National Security, the Border, and Foreign Affairs Subcommittee hearing to discuss Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena on Wednesday, July 26, 2023. On this video I'll express my opinions, my thoughts and I'll react to the claims he made. US Representatives Jamie Raskin (D-MD), Robert Garcia (D-CA), and Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) arrive for a House Subcommittee on National Security, the Border, and Foreign Affairs hearing titled “Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena: Implications on National Security Public Safety and Government Transparency,” on Capitol Hill in Washington, DC A whistleblower (also written as whistle-blower or whistle blower) is a person, often an employee, who reveals information about activity within a private or public organization that is deemed illegal, immoral, illicit, unsafe or fraudulent. Whistleblowers can use a variety of internal or external channels to communicate information or allegations. Over 83% of whistleblowers report internally to a supervisor, human resources, compliance, or a neutral third party within the company, hoping that the company will address and correct the issues. A whistleblower can also bring allegations to light by communicating with external entities, such as the media, government, or law enforcement. Whistleblowing can occur in either the private sector or the public sector. Retaliation is a real risk for whistleblowers, who often pay a heavy price for blowing the whistle. The most common form of retaliation is abrupt termination of employment. However, several other actions may also be considered retaliatory, including extreme increases in workloads, having hours cut drastically, preventing task completion, or bullying. Laws in many countries attempt to protect whistleblowers and to regulate the whistleblowing activities. These laws tend to adopt different approaches to public and private sector whistleblowing. Whistleblowers do not always achieve their aims. For their claims to be credible and successful, they must have compelling evidence to support their claims that the government or regulating body can use or investigate to "prove" such claims and hold corrupt companies and/or government agencies to account. U.S. civic activist Ralph Nader is said to have coined the phrase in the early 1970s in order to avoid the negative connotations found in other words such as "informer" and "snitch". However, the origins of the word date back to the 19th century. The word is linked to the use of a whistle to alert the public or a crowd about such problems as the commission of a crime or the breaking of rules during a game. The phrase whistle blower attached itself to law enforcement officials in the 19th century because they used a whistle to alert the public or fellow police. Sports referees, who use a whistle to indicate an illegal or foul play, also were called whistle blowers. An 1883 story in the Janesville Gazette called a policeman who used his whistle to alert citizens about a riot a whistle blower, without the hyphen. By the year 1963, the phrase had become a hyphenated word, whistle-blower. The word began to be used by journalists in the 1960s for people who revealed wrongdoing, such as Nader. It eventually evolved into the compound word whistleblower Extraterrestrial life or alien life is life which may occur outside Earth and which did not originate on Earth. No extraterrestrial life has yet been conclusively detected, although efforts are under way. Such life might range from simple forms such as prokaryotes to intelligent beings, possibly bringing forth civilizations that might be far more advanced than humanity.[1][2][3] The Drake equation speculates about the existence of sapient life elsewhere in the universe. The science of extraterrestrial life is known as astrobiology. Speculation about the possibility of inhabited worlds outside the planet Earth dates back to antiquity. Early Christian writers discussed the idea of a "plurality of worlds" as proposed by earlier thinkers such as Democritus; Augustine references Epicurus's idea of innumerable worlds "throughout the boundless immensity of space" (originally expressed in his Letter to Herodotus) in The City of God. In his first-century poem De rerum natura (Book 2:1048–1076), the Epicurean philosopher Lucretius predicted that humanity would find innumerable exoplanets with life-forms similar to, and different from, the ones on Earth, and even other races of man. #davidgrusch #whistleblower #alien

Have fun! A gladiator (Latin: gladiator, "swordsman", from gladius, "sword") was an armed combatant who entertained audiences in the Roman Republic and Roman Empire in violent confrontations with other gladiators, wild animals, and condemned criminals. Some gladiators were volunteers who risked their lives and their legal and social standing by appearing in the arena. Most were despised as slaves, schooled under harsh conditions, socially marginalized, and segregated even in death. Irrespective of their origin, gladiators offered spectators an example of Rome's martial ethics and, in fighting or dying well, they could inspire admiration and popular acclaim. They were celebrated in high and low art, and their value as entertainers was commemorated in precious and commonplace objects throughout the Roman world. The origin of gladiatorial combat is open to debate. There is evidence of it in funeral rites during the Punic Wars of the 3rd century BC, and thereafter it rapidly became an essential feature of politics and social life in the Roman world. Its popularity led to its use in ever more lavish and costly games. The gladiator games lasted for nearly a thousand years, reaching their peak between the 1st century BC and the 2nd century AD. Christians disapproved of the games because they involved idolatrous pagan rituals, and the popularity of gladatorial contests declined in the fifth century, leading to their disappearance.Early literary sources seldom agree on the origins of gladiators and the gladiator games. In the late 1st century BC, Nicolaus of Damascus believed they were Etruscan. A generation later, Livy wrote that they were first held in 310 BC by the Campanians in celebration of their victory over the Samnites.[3] Long after the games had ceased, the 7th century AD writer Isidore of Seville derived Latin lanista (manager of gladiators) from the Etruscan word for "executioner", and the title of "Charon" (an official who accompanied the dead from the Roman gladiatorial arena) from Charun, psychopomp of the Etruscan underworld. This was accepted and repeated in most early modern, standard histories of the games. For some modern scholars, reappraisal of pictorial evidence supports a Campanian origin, or at least a borrowing, for the games and gladiators. Campania hosted the earliest known gladiator schools (ludi). Tomb frescoes from the Campanian city of Paestum (4th century BC) show paired fighters, with helmets, spears and shields, in a propitiatory funeral blood-rite that anticipates early Roman gladiator games. Compared to these images, supporting evidence from Etruscan tomb-paintings is tentative and late. The Paestum frescoes may represent the continuation of a much older tradition, acquired or inherited from Greek colonists of the 8th century BC. Development In 216 BC, Marcus Aemilius Lepidus, late consul and augur, was honoured by his sons with three days of gladiatora munera in the Forum Romanum, using twenty-two pairs of gladiators.[17] Ten years later, Scipio Africanus gave a commemorative munus in Iberia for his father and uncle, casualties in the Punic Wars. High status non-Romans, and possibly Romans too, volunteered as his gladiators. The context of the Punic Wars and Rome's near-disastrous defeat at the Battle of Cannae (216 BC) link these early games to munificence, the celebration of military victory and the religious expiation of military disaster; these munera appear to serve a morale-raising agenda in an era of military threat and expansion. The next recorded munus, held for the funeral of Publius Licinius in 183 BC, was more extravagant. It involved three days of funeral games, 120 gladiators, and public distribution of meat (visceratio data)—a practice that reflected the gladiatorial fights at Campanian banquets described by Livy and later deplored by Silius Italicus. The enthusiastic adoption of gladiatoria munera by Rome's Iberian allies shows how easily, and how early, the culture of the gladiator munus permeated places far from Rome itself. By 174 BC, "small" Roman munera (private or public), provided by an editor of relatively low importance, may have been so commonplace and unremarkable they were not considered worth recording: #ancientrome #gladiators #atlasvpn

History (derived from Ancient Greek ἱστορία (historía) 'inquiry; knowledge acquired by investigation')[1] is the systematic study and documentation of the human past The period of events before the invention of writing systems is considered prehistory.[4] "History" is an umbrella term comprising past events as well as the memory, discovery, collection, organization, presentation, and interpretation of these events. Historians seek knowledge of the past using historical sources such as written documents, oral accounts, art and material artifacts, and ecological markers.[5] History is incomplete and still has debatable mysteries. History is an academic discipline which uses a narrative to describe, examine, question, and analyze past events, and investigate their patterns of cause and effect.[6][7] Historians debate which narrative best explains an event, as well as the significance of different causes and effects. Historians debate the nature of history as an end in itself, and its usefulness in giving perspective on the problems of the present.[6][8][9][10] Stories common to a particular culture, but not supported by external sources (such as the tales surrounding King Arthur), are usually classified as cultural heritage or legends.[11][12] History differs from myth in that it is supported by verifiable evidence. However, ancient cultural influences have helped create variant interpretations of the nature of history, which have evolved over the centuries and continue to change today. The modern study of history is wide-ranging, and includes the study of specific regions and certain topical or thematic elements of historical investigation. History is taught as a part of primary and secondary education, and the academic study of history is a major discipline in universities. Herodotus, a 5th-century BC Greek historian, is often considered the "father of history", as one of the first historians in the Western tradition,[13] though he has been criticized as the "father of lies".[14][15] Along with his contemporary Thucydides, he helped form the foundations for the modern study of past events and societies.[16] Their works continue to be read today, and the gap between the culture-focused Herodotus and the military-focused Thucydides remains a point of contention or approach in modern historical writing. In East Asia, a state chronicle, the Spring and Autumn Annals, was reputed to date from as early as 722 BC, though only 2nd-century BC texts have survived The word history comes from historía (Ancient Greek: ἱστορία, romanized: historíā, lit. 'inquiry, knowledge from inquiry, or judge'[17]). It was in that sense that Aristotle used the word in his History of Animals.[18] The ancestor word ἵστωρ is attested early on in Homeric Hymns, Heraclitus, the Athenian ephebes' oath, and in Boeotic inscriptions (in a legal sense, either "judge" or "witness", or similar). The Greek word was borrowed into Classical Latin as historia, meaning "investigation, inquiry, research, account, description, written account of past events, writing of history, historical narrative, recorded knowledge of past events, story, narrative". History was borrowed from Latin (possibly via Old Irish or Old Welsh) into Old English as stær ("history, narrative, story"), but this word fell out of use in the late Old English period.[19] Meanwhile, as Latin became Old French (and Anglo-Norman), historia developed into forms such as istorie, estoire, and historie, with new developments in the meaning: "account of the events of a person's life (beginning of the 12th century), chronicle, account of events as relevant to a group of people or people in general (1155) #metatron #debunking #conspiracy

D. Payne and Patrick McKay for the streaming service Amazon Prime Video. Based on the novel The Lord of the Rings and its appendices by J. R. R. Tolkien, the series is set thousands of years before Tolkien's The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings and depicts the major events of Middle-earth's Second Age. It is produced by Amazon Studios in association with New Line Cinema and in consultation with the Tolkien Estate. Amazon bought the television rights for The Lord of the Rings from the Tolkien Estate in November 2017, making a five-season production commitment worth at least US$1 billion. This would make it the most expensive television series ever made. Payne and McKay were hired in July 2018. The series is primarily based on the appendices of The Lord of the Rings, which include discussion of the Second Age. Tolkien's grandson Simon Tolkien was consulted on the development of the series. Per the requirements of Amazon's deal with the Tolkien Estate, it is not a continuation of Peter Jackson's The Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit film trilogies. Despite this, the production intended to evoke the films using similar production design, younger versions of characters from the films, and a main theme by Howard Shore who composed the music for both trilogies. Bear McCreary composed the series' score. A large international cast was hired, and filming for the eight-episode first season took place in New Zealand, where the films were produced, from February 2020 to August 2021 (with a production break of several months during that time due to the COVID-19 pandemic). Amazon moved production for future seasons to the United Kingdom, where filming for the second season took place from October 2022 to June 2023 (finishing during the 2023 Writers Guild of America strike). The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power premiered on September 1, 2022, with its first two episodes. The rest of the eight-episode first season ran until October 14. Amazon said the season was the most-watched of any Prime Video original series, and it received generally positive reviews from critics. The second season is expected to be released in 2024. The Little Mermaid is a 2023 American musical fantasy film directed by Rob Marshall from a screenplay written by David Magee. Co-produced by Walt Disney Pictures, Lucamar Productions, and Marc Platt Productions, it is a live-action adaptation of Disney's 1989 animated film of the same name, itself loosely based on the 1837 fairy tale of the same title by Hans Christian Andersen. The film stars Halle Bailey in the titular role, alongside Jonah Hauer-King, Daveed Diggs, Awkwafina, Jacob Tremblay, Noma Dumezweni, Art Malik, Javier Bardem and Melissa McCarthy. The Little Mermaid follows a mermaid princess Ariel who is fascinated with the human world and makes a deal with a treacherous sea witch Ursula to trade her voice for human legs to impress Prince Eric, who she saved from a shipwreck before time runs out. Plans for a remake of 1989's The Little Mermaid were confirmed in May 2016. In December 2017, Disney announced Marshall was being courted to direct the film. Bailey, Hauer-King, McCarthy, Bardem, Diggs, Tremblay, Awkwafina, and the rest of the cast signed on between July to November 2019. Production was expected to begin in London between late March and early April 2020 but was delayed by the COVID-19 pandemic. Are they true though? In the history of Europe, the Middle Ages or medieval period (also spelled mediæval or mediaeval) lasted approximately from the late 5th to the late 15th centuries, similar to the post-classical period of global history. This period began with the fall of the Western Roman Empire in 476 AD and ended with the fall of Constantinople in 1453 AD, this era would transition into the Renaissance and then the Age of Discovery. The Middle Ages is the middle period of the three traditional divisions of Western history: classical antiquity, the medieval period, and the modern period. The medieval period is itself subdivided into the Early, High, and Late Middle Ages. Population decline, counterurbanisation, the collapse of centralized authority, invasions, and mass migrations of tribes, which had begun in late antiquity, continued into the Early Middle Ages. The large-scale movements of the Migration Period, including various Germanic peoples, formed new kingdoms in what remained of the Western Roman Empire. In the 7th century, North Africa and the Middle East—most recently part of the Eastern Roman (or Byzantine) Empire—came under the rule of the Umayyad Caliphate, an Islamic empire, after conquest by Muhammad's successors. Although there were substantial changes in society and political structures, the break with classical antiquity was not complete. The still-sizeable Byzantine Empire, Rome's direct continuation, survived in the Eastern Mediterranean and remained a major power. Secular law was advanced greatly by the Code of Justinian. In the West, most kingdoms incorporated extant Roman institutions, while new bishoprics and monasteries were founded as Christianity expanded in Europe. The Franks, under the Carolingian dynasty, briefly established the Carolingian Empire during the later 8th and early 9th centuries. It covered much of Western Europe but later succumbed to the pressures of internal civil wars combined with external invasions: Vikings from the north, Magyars from the east, and Saracens from the south. The Crusades, which began in 1095, were military attempts by Western European Christians to regain control of the Holy Land from Muslims, and also contributed to the expansion of Latin Christendom in the Baltic region and the Iberian Peninsula. #metatron #middleages #knights

24:: White People Don't Exist? Culture, Politics, Social Construct

01.01.1970 · 01:00:00 ··· 06.07.2023 · 19:54:59 ··· ···
··· ··· ··· ··· This is my public complete response to the idea that white people don't exist. Is it true? is it correct? is it false? Does it apply only to white people? White is a racialized classification of people and a skin color specifier, generally used for people of European ancestry, although the definition can vary depending on context, nationality, and point of view. The proposed explanation is that white people are a societal construct, or flawed arbitrary group classifier, based on the fact that within this very group, "white", we put together people of different cultural background, with different cultures. White Europeans, An English man, A french man an Italian a Scandinavian, a German, an American of European descent, what do they have in common? Nothing, so white people don't exist. Link to Ancient Greeks Couldn't see blue https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=omPGq_cu58Y It is a tentative answer, which can and will be responded in kind, in the following way. If based on your own parameters of culture and diversity, and national differenciation white people don't exist, then neither do black people. In fact, putting all black people into one single group is more nonsensical than doing it with white people, according to your own parametres. And differently from you, I can actually prove this one with science. On Population Diversity You see African populations harbour the greatest genetic phenotipic diversity according to molecular genetics and whole genome sequence data, across a broad geographic range. That's due to Extensive population substructure, the largest number of population-specific alleles, and less linkage disequilibrium (LD) among loci, and heritable variation in the human genome. This is why, as he doesn't know because he doesn't actually care, Africa is an important region to study human genetic diversity due to several factors, such as, climate variation, diet, exposure to infectious disease, a number of demographic factors including extensive population subsctructure as well as locus-specific factors such as selection, mutation, recombinatio and gene conversion, which result in the above mentioned high levels of genetic and phenotypic variation in seveal given population clusters, which is excellent to study their implications for the mapping of complex traits within large population genetic studies. Because of considerable environmental diversity, African populations also show a range of linguistic, cultural, and phenotypic variation which is greater than what we find in Europe. Despite the overwhelming evidence of African population genetics, the pattern of genome-wide nuclear genetic diversity across geographically and ethnically diverse sub groups, and enormous cultural and linguistic divergence, shows either a complete ignorance on the topic, or a deliberate missuse. I'll take either. measured using two different estimators: D’ and r2 (161). #metatron #white #debunked Demonstrated Although several TAS2R loci contribute to variability in PTC taste perception , 50%--85% of the phenotypic variance in PTC sensitivity is attributed to variation at the TAS2R38 gene. Studies have identified three amino acid substitutions at TAS2R38 that are in nearly complete LD in non-African populations and that form two common amino acid haplotypes Europeans speak many different langauges so it makes no sense to call them all white, say more proponents. The enormous ethnolinguistic diversity in sub-Saharan African populations is rather extensive. There are more than 2000 distinct ethno-linguistic groups in Africa, speaking languages that constitute nearly a third of the world’s languages So however you try to frame it, the argument is completely mute on a multitude of levels and shows and extreme bias and the sole objective of singling out a specific group, namely white people, for political reasons, in complete disregard of objective reality. And yes I will get to the political concept of whitness, which is a completely different kettle of fish. Yet Culturally, linguistically, genetically, all these categorizations are arbitrary and somewhat fluid. You either accept them all or reject them all. The idea that black is accurate but white is a social construct, is ludicrous. All discriminatory language, against black brwon white asian is bad. All of it. Historically humans did bad things to other humans. In order to Build a racism free society the first step is to treat everyone equally with respect, kindness and fairnesse, that includes white people. This is what we need to realize to end racism. I support and encourage No violence, no bullying of any kind, we are all human being, this is the common denominator. It's the concept of ethnic superiority that needs to be removed, it does not matter where it comes from. Look a this, this is not white supremacy but it's as bad. This is what you get if all you do is remove the concept of whitness, but keep everything else.

26:: The Truth About Biblically Accurate Angels

01.01.1970 · 01:00:00 ··· 23.06.2023 · 21:25:37 ··· ···
··· ··· ··· ··· On this video we'll deep dive into a full analysis of angels according to all biblical mentions in Hebrew, through an accurate literal translation, respectful of the historical, linguistic and cultural basis behind the words. This is also a response to all the videos on youtube and tiktok that talk about or show biblically accurate angels. I hope you enjoy it. What are biblical angels? And what is their function? Let's examin their descriptions, actions and related phenomena. Link to the original maker of the animations: https://www.youtube.com/@CelestialBeingsOfficial The English term angel derives from the Ancient Greek word angelos, angeloi. and is literally translating the Hebrew word which we find in the old testament Malak Malakim. This word means, messenger. In the bible they are always described as physical and tangeble entities with very specific physio anatomical characteristics, which vary significantly among their different kinds, as we will see. However, nowhere in the texts, are they ever ethereal or incorporeal. Angels are messenger, envoys, they obey orders, follow protocols, But this is not all angels do. Angels defend delimited areas, specifically locations of pivital military or strategic resource related importance. They act as sentinels, guardians, warriors, protectors, they also intervene actively during conflicts and battles, instruct and teach, and intervene medically, for instance to address infertility. They intersede. Therefore based on the actual texts, this is not a biblical angel. This IS inconsistent logic execution. There is no such a thing as a child angel, in the bible. I'll get back to these. In other words the malak is a figure that presents itself in a plethora of very different ways in the old and new testament. -Exodus 11:4–5 -2 Samuel 24:16–17 2 -Kings 19:35 By bible reading only, the Malakim appear to be at the lowest tier, within the very complex orders of the celestials, where every angelic entity is firm in its respective domain, within a strictly hegemonic hierachy. And even within this single category of the Malakim we seem to have multiple subtiers, and levels of power to interact with physical reality, as we will see. Something that was never addressed on the popular videos is that some of them look identical to humans as we see by reading Paul who tells us to always be hospitable to strangers, because you never know, it might be one of them. So not all angels are "mosntrosities". Hebrews 13:2 Verse Concepts Do not neglect to show hospitality to strangers, for by this some have entertained angels without knowing it. Other times however they are instantly recognized even from a far, as you start seeing their silouettes among the dunes of the desert. Another constant characteristic of biblical angels is that they are dangerous, in fact this is probably the most appropriate adjective to use. "I met one of them and I'm still alive" we are told. There are several examples in which angels act upon direct commands of destruction and annihliation and bring them to pass, without flinching. Within a military context, one of the most striking is the angel sent to annihilate the enemy of the Israelites. One single angel, in one night. 2 Kings 19:35 On that night the angel of the Lord went out and struck one hundred and eighty-five thousand in the camp of the Assyrians. When others woke up early in the morning, these were all dead bodies. When given a command for extermination, some angels are so focused in executing it, that they have to be stopped, usually by God himself, or they will continue until nothing is left. As we read: 2 Samuel 24:15-16 Seventy thousand men of the people from Dan to Beersheba died. When the angel stretched out his hand toward Jerusalem to destroy it, the Lord relented from the calamity and said to the angel who destroyed the people, “It is enough! Now withdraw your hand!” Once the act of extermination begins, they don't stop unless they are commanded to. #metatron #angels #biblical

Let's see if it was a good idea... If you want to check out my tiktok profile tiktok.com/@metatrony TikTok, and its Chinese counterpart Douyin (Chinese: 抖音; pinyin: Dǒuyīn), is a short-form video hosting service owned by ByteDance. It hosts user-submitted videos, which can range in duration from 3 seconds to 10 minutes. Since their launches, TikTok and Douyin have gained global popularity. In October 2020, TikTok surpassed 2 billion mobile downloads worldwide. Morning Consult named TikTok the third-fastest growing brand of 2020, after Zoom and Peacock. Cloudflare ranked TikTok the most popular website of 2021 Social media are interactive technologies that facilitate the creation and sharing of information, ideas, interests, and other forms of expression through virtual communities and networks. While challenges to the definition of social media arisedue to the variety of stand-alone and built-in social media services currently available, there are some common featuresThe term social in regard to media suggests that platforms are user-centric and enable communal activity. As such, social media can be viewed as online facilitators or enhancers of human networks—webs of individuals who enhance social connectivity. Users usually access social media services through web-based apps on desktops or download services that offer social media functionality to their mobile devices (e.g. smartphones and tablets). As users engage with these electronic services, they create highly interactive platforms in which individuals, communities, and organizations can share, co-create, discuss, participate, and modify user-generated or self-curated content posted online. Additionally, social media are used to document memories, learn about and explore things, advertise oneself, and form friendships along with the growth of ideas from the creation of blogs, podcasts, videos, and gaming sites.[9] This changing relationship between humans and technology is the focus of the emerging field of technological self-studies.[10] Some of the most popular social media websites, with more than 100 million registered users, include Twitter, Facebook (and its associated Messenger), WeChat, ShareChat, Instagram, QZone, Weibo, VK, Tumblr, Baidu Tieba, and LinkedIn. Depending on interpretation, other popular platforms that are sometimes referred to as social media services include YouTube, QQ, Quora, Telegram, WhatsApp, Signal, LINE, Snapchat, Pinterest, Viber, Reddit, Discord, TikTok, Microsoft Teams, and more. 31:: The TRUTH About Historical Revisionism, Once and For All

··· ··· ··· ··· Get a 7-day free trial and 25% off Blinkist Annual Premium by clicking here: https://www.blinkist.com/metratonyt What is historical revisionism? Or the rewriting of history? Let's find out. History (derived from Ancient Greek ἱστορία (historía) 'inquiry; knowledge acquired by investigation') is the systematic study and documentation of human behavior. The period of events before the invention of writing systems is considered prehistory. "History" is an umbrella term comprising past events as well as the memory, discovery, collection, organization, presentation, and interpretation of these events. Historians seek knowledge of the past using historical sources such as written documents, oral accounts, art and material artifacts, and ecological markers. History is incomplete and still has debatable mysteries. History is an academic discipline which uses narrative to describe, examine, question, and analyze past events, and investigate their patterns of cause and effect. Historians debate which narrative best explains an event, as well as the significance of different causes and effects. Historians debate the nature of history as an end in itself, and its usefulness to give perspective on the problems of the present. Stories common to a particular culture, but not supported by external sources (such as the tales surrounding King Arthur), are usually classified as cultural heritage or legends. History differs from myth in that it is supported by verifiable evidence. Herodotus, a 5th-century BC Greek historian, is often considered the "father of history", as one of the first historians in the Western tradition, though he has been criticized as the "father of lies". Along with his contemporary Thucydides, he helped form the foundations for the modern study of past events and societies. Their works continue to be read today, and the gap between the culture-focused Herodotus and the military-focused Thucydides remains a point of contention or approach in modern historical writing. In East Asia, a state chronicle, the Spring and Autumn Annals, was reputed to date from as early as 722 BC, though only 2nd-century BC texts have survived. #historical #truth #metatron

32:: The Secrets of Liquid Tin in Ancient Rome

··· ··· ··· ··· Grab Atlas VPN 3-year VPN plan for USD 1.83/mo + 3 months extra with a 30-day money-back guarantee. before the deal expires! https://atlasv.pn/Metatron On this video we'll discuss tinning, metallurgy, commerce and trade in the ancient Mediterranean. Tin is a chemical element with the symbol Sn (from Latin stannum) and atomic number 50. A silvery-coloured metal, tin is soft enough to be cut with little force, and a bar of tin can be bent by hand with little effort. When bent, the so-called "tin cry" can be heard as a result of twinning in tin crystals;this trait is shared by indium, cadmium, zinc, and mercury in its solid state. Pure tin after solidifying presents a mirror-like appearance similar to most metals. In most tin alloys (e.g. pewter) the metal solidifies with a dull grey colour. Tin is a post-transition metal in group 14 of the periodic table of elements. It is obtained chiefly from the mineral cassiterite, which contains stannic oxide, SnO 2. Tin shows a chemical similarity to both of its neighbors in group 14, germanium and lead, and has two main oxidation states, +2 and the slightly more stable +4. Tin is the 49th-most abundant element on Earth and has, with 10 stable isotopes, the largest number of stable isotopes in the periodic table, due to its magic number of protons. It has two main allotropes: at room temperature, the stable allotrope is β-tin, a silvery-white, malleable metal; at low temperatures it is less dense grey α-tin, which has the diamond cubic structure. Metallic tin does not easily oxidize in air and water. The first tin alloy used on a large scale was bronze, made of 1⁄8 tin and 7⁄8 copper, from as early as 3000 BC. After 600 BC, pure metallic tin was produced. Pewter, which is an alloy of 85–90% tin with the remainder commonly consisting of copper, antimony, bismuth, and sometimes lead and silver, has been used for flatware since the Bronze Age. In modern times, tin is used in many alloys, most notably tin-lead soft solders, which are typically 60% or more tin, and in the manufacture of transparent, electrically conducting films of indium tin oxide in optoelectronic applications. Another large application is corrosion-resistant tin plating of steel. Because of the low toxicity of inorganic tin, tin-plated steel is widely used for food packaging as tin cans. #metatron #metalworking #ancientrome

The Norse settlements in West Francia followed a series of raids on the French northern coast mainly from Denmark, although some also sailed from Norway and Sweden. These settlements were finally legitimized when Rollo, a Scandinavian Viking leader, agreed to swear fealty to King Charles III of West Francia following the siege of Chartres in 911.[4] The intermingling in Normandy produced an ethnic and cultural "Norman" identity in the first half of the 10th century, an identity which continued to evolve over the centuries.[5] The Norman dynasty had a major political, cultural and military impact on medieval Europe and the Near East.[6][7] The Normans were historically famed for their martial spirit and eventually for their Catholic piety, becoming exponents of the Catholic orthodoxy of the Romance community.[4] The original Norse settlers adopted the Gallo-Romance language of the Frankish land they settled, with their Old Norman dialect becoming known as Norman, Normaund or Norman French, an important literary language which is still spoken today in parts of mainland Normandy (Cotentinais and Cauchois dialects) and the nearby Channel Islands (Jèrriais and Guernésiais). The Duchy of Normandy, which arose from the Treaty of Saint-Clair-sur-Epte, was a great fief of medieval France. The Norman dukes exercised independent control of their holdings in Normandy, while at the same time being vassals owing fealty to the King of France, and under Richard I of Normandy (byname "Richard sans Peur" meaning "Richard the Fearless") the Duchy was forged into a cohesive and formidable principality in feudal tenure.[8][9] By the end of his reign in 996, the descendants of the Norse settlers "had become not only Christians but in all essentials Frenchmen. They had adopted the French language, French legal ideas, and French social customs, and had practically merged with the Frankish or Gallic population among whom they lived".[10] Between 1066 and 1204, as a result of the Norman conquest of England, most of the kings of England were also dukes of Normandy. In 1204, Philip II of France seized mainland Normandy by force of arms, having earlier declared the Duchy of Normandy to be forfeit to him. It remained a disputed territory until the Treaty of Paris of 1259, when the English sovereign ceded his claim to the Duchy, except for the Channel Islands. In the present day, the Channel Islands (the Bailiwick of Guernsey and the Bailiwick of Jersey) are considered to be officially the last remnants of the Duchy of Normandy, and are not part of the United Kingdom but are instead self-governing Crown Dependencies.[11][12] The Normans are noted both for their culture, such as their unique Romanesque architecture and musical traditions, and for their significant military accomplishments and innovations. Norman adventurers played a role in founding the Kingdom of Sicily under Roger II after briefly conquering southern Italy and Malta from the Saracens and Byzantines, and an expedition on behalf of their duke, William the Conqueror, led to the Norman conquest of England at the historic Battle of Hastings in 1066.[13] Norman and Anglo-Norman forces contributed to the Iberian Reconquista from the early eleventh to the mid-thirteenth centuries.[14] Norman cultural and military influence spread from these new European centres to the Crusader states of the Near East, where their prince Bohemond I founded the Principality of Antioch in the Levant, to Scotland and Wales in Great Britain, to Ireland, and to the coasts of north Africa and the Canary Islands. The legacy of the Normans persists today through the regional languages and dialects of France, England, Spain, Quebec and Sicily, and also through the various cultural, judicial, and political arrangements they introduced in their conquered territories.[7][15] Etymology The English name "Normans" comes from the French words Normans/Normanz, plural of Normant,[16] modern French normand, which is itself borrowed from Old Low Franconian Nortmann "Northman"[17] or directly from Old Norse Norðmaðr, Latinized variously as Nortmannus, Normannus, or Nordmannus (recorded in Medieval Latin, 9th century) to mean "Norseman, Viking".[18] #normans #vikings #history

She had her own court, probably acted as a landholder and held a prominent secular role as regent. Contemporary Greek and Roman sources treated it, incorrectly, as a name. The name Candace is derived from the way the word is used in the New Testament (Acts 8:27). A kandake who ruled in her own right bore in addition the title qore, the same title carried by male rulers #metatron #atlasvpn #jadapinkettsmith
