··· ··· ··· ··· UV-LUX optimiert auch die vollautomatische Verarbeitung: durch sekundenschnelle Aktivierung der eingesetzten Reaktivklebstoffe, schnellere Aushärtung und geringeren Energieverbrauch. Insbesondere empfindliche Bauteile wie elektronische Sensoren, die bei einer Wärmehärtung Schaden nehmen würden, profitieren von der energiesparenden Aktivierung durch UV-Licht. Die Farbveränderung des Klebebandes, die die chemische Reaktion anzeigt, erhöht zusätzlich die Sicherheit im Prozess und damit die Qualität der Endprodukte. Der Einsatz von UV-Licht zur Aushärtung von Klebstoffen ist ein Verfahren, das dank der Entwicklung von Lohmann erstmals auch für Klebebänder eingesetzt werden kann.

Its high-tech adhesive solutions are now used worldwide in vehicles, cell phones, household appliances, windows and doors, in the printing sector as well as in portable blood glucose meters or in COVID-19 tests.

Lohmanns Hightech-Klebelösungen kommen heute weltweit in Kraftfahrzeugen, Mobiltelefonen, Haushaltsgeräten, Fenstern und Türen, im Druckbereich sowie bei tragbaren Blutzuckermessgeräten oder in COVID-19 Tests zum Einsatz.
