It's not. Paul and Storm and Jonathan Coulton were finalists in Quick Stop Entertainment's "Masters of Song-Fu" songwriting competition. The challenge was for each finalist to write a song that sounded like it had been written by the other finalist. "Live" was P&S's fabulous Coulton-esque entry. The song was such a good match of Coulton's style in fact, I just had to tie this video in with one of my previous Coulton videos as well (you should have no trouble figuring out which one). I want to give proper credit for some of the most important elements in this video -- I couldn't figure out a proper ending for the video, and it was my mom who suggested that Dr. Skullcrusher (or whatever his name is) die so The Bride could live (thanks Mom). Also, I was just going to have the video end with a big fight scene, but my wife came up with the great idea of The Bride and Igor wanting to bring Dr. Skullcrusher back to life with the dead villager's body parts (loved it).
