Cleveland kidnapping: Man faces sentencing after 60-year-old woman found alive in plastic container

WKYC Channel 3 Dalontay Edmond-Geiger Sr. will face a judge for sentencing in Cleveland today, which comes one month after he pleaded guilty to multiple charges connected to the kidnapping and assault of a 60-year-old woman who was found alive inside a plastic container.
Sentencing was originally set for Wednesday with Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Judge Hollie L. Gallagher, but was postponed until today at noon.
The Cuyahoga County Prosecutor’s Office previously told 3News that Edmond-Geiger could face up to 25 years in prison after pleading guilty back on Oct. 31 to one count of felonious assault, one count of kidnapping, one count of tampering with evidence and one count of having weapons under disability.
