Christian Yoga with RuahSpace In this Christian yoga workout class, you are invited to get moving with fun flows and strength postures as we strengthen our bodies, minds, and spirits. This class is perfect for working toward weight loss, working through thoughts or life circumstances, or for just feeling better with breathwork and movement!
Since we do a number of "power" type movement in this class, I encourage you to honor your body, slow down or back off as needed, and rejoin when you are ready!
