Appeals court decides against lifting block on Measure 114, but will speed up process

KGW News The voter-approved gun control law was struck down by a judge in Harney County, but the Oregon Court of Appeals agreed to take another look at the case. While they shot down an effort from the state to let the law take effect, the court agreed to expedite the case.
