Scotch on the Bayou This rock, Earth, is the only place we have to drink whisky.... unless you can hitch a ride into space. So it makes sense to take care of where we live. Making whisky takes a lot of resources and energy and it makes some less than desirable by-products.
In celebration of Earth Day 2024, join me as we talk about measurable actions distillers are taking to lessen their impact on our world.
