Bloomberg Quicktake: Now Qatar's Prime Minister Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani says Hamas has sent a "positive" response to a proposal to halt fighting in the Gaza Strip in exchange for the release of some Israeli hostages. He spoke alongside visiting Secretary of State Antony Blinken. Blinken says a deal is possible and essential.
