Tulsa police arrest suspected shooter at Waterside Apartments

KJRH -TV | Tulsa | Channel 2 Tulsa police spent the morning working to get a suspected shooter out of the Waterside Apartments at 17th and Jackson.
Police got to the apartments around 7:50 a.m. on May 1 after learning a woman was shot. She's in the hospital in critical condition, officers said.
