Nebo Sha Lennon John Lennon, in the midst of the 1970s, had what he memorably referred to as a "lost weekend," evoking the title of a legendary 1945 film about an alcoholic gone crazy.
John dated May Pang for roughly eighteen months in the middle of the 70s.
Pang published two books about her relationship with Lennon; a memoir, Loving John (Warner, 1983), and a book of photographs, Instamatic Karma.
May Pang wrote in her memoir, “The guys were all drinking — and John was being one of the guys.
She also revealed how John Lennon once tried to strangle her in the summer of 1973 after drinking and misunderstanding something she had said.
