Clyde Mays Straight Bourbon Whiskey has been aged 4 to 5 years in new 53-gallon oak barrels and is non-chill filtered. Clyde Mays has a mash bill of 55% Corn, 30% Rye, and 15% Malted Barley and is sourced from MGP/Ross & Squibb. This straight bourbon whiskey has an MSRP of $50.

While we have our own opinion on this bottle, here is what the distillery says about it:
Appearance: Rich crimson.
Nose: Soft and sweet on the nose with aromas of brown sugar, baked apricot, wild strawberry, and nutmeg.
Palate: Wonderfully soft with complex aromas of barrel spice, fruit, and oiled leather. Finishes long and delicious.
