Brazil model prisons: New system drastically cuts reoffending

Al Jazeera English Brazil is home to the third-largest prison population in the world.
About 900,000 prisoners are crammed into a space built for half that number.
Now, a non-profit organisation that advocates for better treatment of prisoners has offered a unique model that could be the solution to the crisis.
