Do you have a fear of piranhas? Are you the type of person to avoid going over waterfalls at all cost? Does the idea of water-borne illness keep you awake at night, but you still want to visit a tropical rainforest at some point?
Then do we have the drink for you! The River Cruise is a sweet and simple drink using just one alcohol element! The river of lovely and sophisticated rum flavors stream nicely into the estuary of sweet cherry and bright citrus which then promptly flows into the delta that is your mouth. Leave the idea of bird-sized mosquitos and blood-thirsty piranhas in your wake as you embark on the most simple and delicious of River Cruises.
INGREDIENTS:
► 2 oz dark rum
► 1 oz lime juice
► ¾ oz cherry juice
► 2-4 dashes of Fee Foam (or egg white)
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Add rum, cherry juice, lemon juice, and Fee Foam into a cocktail shaker.
2. Dry shake.
3. Add ice & shake.
4. Strain into martini glass.
5. Garnish with lime wedge.
