Economists predict RBA won't raise interest rates until September

Sky News Australia The Reserve Bank of Australia’s interest rate decision is expected on Tuesday and it is likely the cash rate will be kept on hold.
“The Reserve Bank last lifted the cash rate in November last year,” Sky News Business Reporter Edward Boyd said.
“It was the 13th interest rate rise since May 2022.
“Since then they’ve kept rates on hold and the expectation today, of course, is the cash rate will be kept on hold again at 4.35 per cent.”
Some economists are predicting the cash rate won’t be lifted until September this year.
