Gangster Sanjeev Maheshwari Jeeva was shot dead inside Kaiserbagh court in Lucknow. The attacker was in the dress of a lawyer. Sanjeev Maheshwari was close to Mukhtar Ansari. He was an accused in the murder of BJP leader Brahmadutt Dwivedi. Sanjeev was brought to the court for production. There is also news of four to five people being injured in the firing incident. Sanjeev Maheshwari Jeeva was a notorious gangster of West UP. Police has detained an attacker. The police took the attacker to the hospital in an injured state. The killer has been identified as Vijay Yadav's son Shyama Yadav, resident of Kerakat district Jaunpur. The police is busy in the investigation. There is resentment among the lawyers after the incident. Lawyers expressed concern about security. Eyewitness told that the attacker had fired six bullets. Blood stains have fallen in the court premises. There are blood stains on the walls too. After the incident, the police removed the body from there. Sanjeev Maheshwari Jeeva was a resident of Shamli district. He had kept in the world of crime since the early 90s. There were more than 22 cases registered against him. He is said to be close to Bahubali Mukhtar Ansari. In the initial days, he used to work as a compounder in the dispensary. At the time of his job, he had kidnapped the operator of the dispensary. In Kolkata, a businessman's son was also kidnapped and a ransom of 2 crores was demanded. On May 10, 1997, its name surfaced in the murder of senior BJP leader Brahm Dutt Dwivedi. He was serving life sentence in jail. Recently, Jiva's property worth about Rs 4 crore in Muzaffarnagar was attached by the district administration.
लखनऊ के कैसरबाग कोर्ट के भीतर गैंगस्टर संजीव महेश्वरी जीवा को गोली मारकर हत्या कर दी गई. हमलावर वकील की ड्रेस में था. संजीव महेश्वरी मुख्तार अंसारी का करीबी था. वह बीजेपी नेता ब्रह्मदत्त द्विवेदी हत्याकांड का आरोपी था. पेशी के लिए संजीव को कोर्ट में लाया गया था. गोली कांड में चार पांच लोगों की घायल होने की भी खबर है. संजीव महेश्वरी जीवा पश्चिम यूपी का कुख्यात गैंगस्टर था. पुलिस ने एक हमलावर को हिरासत में लिया है. घायल अवस्था में हमलावर को पुलिस अस्पताल ले गई. हत्यारे की पहचान विजय यादव पुत्र श्यामा यादव निवासी केराकत जिला जौनपुर के रूप में हुई है. पुलिस छानबीन में जुटी हुई है.घटना के बाद वकीलों में आक्रोश है. वकीलों ने सुरक्षा को लेकर चिंता जताई. चश्मदीद ने बताया कि हमलावर ने छह गोलियां चलाई थीं. कोर्ट परिसर में खून के घब्बे गिरे हुए हैं. दीवारों पर भी खून के धब्बे हैं. घटना के बाद पुलिस ने वहां से बॉडी को हटाया संजीव महेश्वरी जीवा शामली जिले के रहने वाला था. अपराध की दुनिया में उसने 90 के शुरुआती दशक से रखी थी. उसके खिलाफ 22 से ज्यादा मामले दर्ज थे. उसे बाहुबली मुख्तार अंसारी का करीबी बताया जाता है. शुरूआती दिनों में दवाखाने में कंपाउडर की नौकरी करता था. नौकरी के समय इसने दवाखाना के संचालक को अगवा कर लिया था. कोलकता में एक कारोबारी के बेटे को भी अगवा कर 2 करोड़ की फिरौती मांगी थी. 10 मई 1997 को इसका नाम बीजेपी के बड़े नेता ब्रह्म दत्त द्विवेदी की हत्या में सामने आया. वो जेल में उम्र कैद की सजा काट रहा था. हाल ही में मुजफ्फरनगर में जीवा की करीब 4 करोड़ रुपये की कीमत की प्रॉपर्टी को जिला प्रशासन ने कुर्क किया था
