When ACA resumed onsite in September 2020, after six months of no interaction due to COVID, so many in our community were fearful.
So we installed a large banner of Psalm 91 at the front of the auditorium with an image of angels' wings covering two children, a reassuring reminder of God’s protection over us as a school. We printed post cards depicting the same image for all families and began reciting this Psalm of Moses during devotions.
Psalm 91 became an integral part of ACA’s COVID protocols and is now an embedded aspect of our school culture.
We thank God for preserving our lives in the face of a morphing scourge. As a school community, may we remain fearless and full of courage, as we take refuge under the shadow of the Almighty throughout 2022. Happy New Year everyone!
