Choirmaster Annette Schicha has selected various madrigals for the Spring Concert 2023, polyphonic vocal pieces of the Renaissance based on secular poetry.
At the state-run Music High School Schloss Belvedere, up to 120 musically particularly gifted pupils live and learn from grade 5 onwards. They are comprehensively supported: on the one hand, with the high musical standards set by the Universtiy of Music FRANZ LISZT Weimar, and on the other hand, by the grammar school leading to the general university entrance qualification.
Annette Schicha works as a music teacher and Choirmaster at the Music High School Schloss Belvedere. At the University of Music FRANZ LISZT Weimar she is a lecturer for children's choir work and music education.
