WHAT A ROLLERCOASTER SEASON! Men's Isthmian Premier debut, League Cup Finalist, Essex Senior Cup Semifinalist, Women's DOUBLE CUP CHAMPIONS & 2nd Place in FAWNL Southern & Hashtag Inclusive's Essex Soccability League One Champions!
Firstly, I just want to say a huge well done to everyone at Hashtag United, to the staffs, players, medias and especially the fans and members as well who watched Hashtag United week in and out/ live streams.
Secondly, I have included my Inclusive's Essex Soccability League One matches as this also have hugely impacted on this channel as I wanted to play & help Hashtag United to win trophies on Youth Levels! Huge thank you to Essex Soccability & our opponents for allowing me to film the matches! Can't wait for next season in Championship!
Thirdly, I went to EIGHTY out of eighty five games for men's & women's combined! That's one less than Mark & Lee's EIGHTY-ONE matches! So close for me haha but the attendances is numbers for me for my maths brain enjoyment to know my whole attendance history of watching Hashtag United, all fans mentioned in the video above are the reason Hashtag kept going and playing for!
Fourthly, we knew what type of season Hashtag Mens would have before the season starts that we will be mid-table with small push for playoffs but couldn't reach high enough for it but we knew this team isn't capable of facing relegation which is first target ticked off 30-35 games in. Made new cup records by reaching Essex Senior Cup semifinals & Isthmian League Cup final is what I loved to see and very gutted to be knocked out at the semis and losing the final, we'll bounce back in both competitions and go one better!
Fifthly, the women's, just... WOW! I never think before the season starts that they will get Top 2 finish left alone Top 6 which was my predication, they surprised the league massively. Brought Portsmouth all the way to the end for the title race, winning FAWNL Cup is something I cannot forget in my life that we made one of the greatest achievement in women's football and of course, Essex Women's Cup is back where it's belong!
Finally, this season have seen great wins, good draws, bad draws and awful defeats, I'm very proud to see this amazing Hashtag fans have become one bigger family that we all socially go out together outside Hashtag's life and supported each other's lives. Bring on next season!
