Namibian Broadcasting Corporation For decades, Namibia's national broadcaster has offered apprenticeships to fellows who wish to venture into broadcasting and pursue a career in the field.
Many of the current crop of producers and executives currently employed at the broadcaster began their journeys as apprentices at NBC.
The program is currently being managed by the Namibia Training Authority.
The Manager at Work Integrated Learning (WIL), Dalia Mwiya, discusses the apprenticeship programme.
