Silverstone SG13 is a great SFF/ITX case that does not burn a hole in your wallet. You can get it as cheaply as MYR150 (approx. USD35). Just make sure that you have a 2-slot GPU with a maximum length of 270mm.
If you require more clearance and better thermal, use SFX power supply and 120/140 AIO.
