"Time to Party" was inspired by early 2000s rock and skatepunk music. The musicvideo was filmed near Munich in the Blackbird Studios. You can feel the vibe of the song which is indeed something else than BP's usual sound. Heavy E-Guitars are paired with a rock'n'roll Sound.
