Whisky.com reviews the Tobermory 25 Years. The 25-year-old Tobermory pays homage to the crofting history of the Isle of Mull. Crofters are farmers who work leased land covered by the Crofters' Holdings Act 1886. This Tobermory is part of the island distillery's Hebridean series and is the successor to the 23 year and 24 year old bottlings. The whisky was first matured in oloroso sherry casks and then refined in casks from the Gonzales Byass Bodega.
