350-450g pancit bihon
300-500g pork
4-5 cloves garlic
1 red onion
1-2 carrots
half or small bell pepper
cabbage
1/3 cup soy sauce (or according to your taste)
1-2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1.5-2 litres water (addition 1/2 cup for meat)
salt and pepper to taste
1-2 bay leaves
onion leaves or scallion
