SABC News Some parents in Polokwane, Limpopo, are struggling to find placement for their children at schools. Parents continue to gather at the Pietersburg Circuit office in Polokwane to submit applications for enrolment before the opening of schools. Learners mostly affected include Grades R, 1 and 8.
