Pam is a single mom. She is a nurse that took care of kids with heart disease. She now is a stay at home mom to care for Kyle. She runs a food pantry at her church and loves to serve others.
Jacob recently finished up EMT classes and started at the fire academy. He loves almost all sports. He wrestled and played soccer growing up & in high school. He has congenital heart disease. He has Epstein’s Anomaly, Wolff Parkinson White Syndrome, and mild Pulmonary Hypertension.
Kyle has Cri Du Chat Syndrome (5P-). He functions at the level of a toddler and definitely keeps us on our toes. He loves Sesame Street, Barney, The Wiggles, and Toy Story. His favorite toy is his See ‘n Say.
