Marina Gardens Crescent, Media Circle sites launched under 1H2023 govt land sales programme

CNA Two new sites have been put up for sale for the first half of 2023 under the Government Land Sales programme. One's a white site in the Marina South precinct, while the other is a plot for housing in the Buona Vista area. The Marina Gardens Crescent site can yield about 775 residential units and 6,000 sq m of commercial space. The Media Circle site can yield 355 homes and 400 sq m of commercial space on the first floor. Overall, market watchers said demand could be subdued for both sites, given a weaker global economic outlook and the high interest rate environment.
