The chicken breast from the foil tastes great and is super easy and quick to make. This gentle cooking method makes the meat extremely juicy and tender. As far as the vegetables are concerned, there are of course no limits to the imagination.
Fennel or celery also taste great from the foil!

1 tomato
1 carrot
1 handful of sliced green onions
2 tablespoons of the best olive oil
