World Economic Forum Greyston Bakery has been in operation for 40 years. Supplying brownies to customers locally and beyond but that’s not all. Since 1982, the business has operated a strict ‘open hiring’ policy. Greyston’s founder, Bernie Glassman, was an aeronautical engineer turned Zen Buddhist roshi.
