It took a while, but after a lot of hours (and a lot of scripting and editing), I've finally finished my playthrough of Final Fantasy VII: Rebirth, which released a little while ago on Playstation 5. Was the game everything it was cracked up to be, or does it turn out that this game is a dumpster fire and a victim of its own hype? The answer, surprisingly, is yes. Yes to both of those in different ways. I explain what I loved and what I didn't love about the game.
