This delicious lemon pudding is a refreshing quick dessert that everyone will love!

Ingredients:
- 3 lemons
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 400 ml cream
- ½ tsp turmeric
- Ground lemon peel
- Chocolate drops
Description:
- Puree the flesh of 3 lemons and sift them into a saucepan
- Add 400 ml of cream
- Add 2 tablespoons of cornstarch
- Add 4 tablespoons of sugar
- Add 1/2 tsp turmeric
- Mix everything well and bring to the boil, stirring constantly
- Pour the pudding into the lemon peel and chill for an hour
- Decorate with grated lemon zest and chocolate chips
