Bloomberg Markets and Finance Bloomberg's Kate Davidson and Dan Flately discuss Moody's cutting the United States outlook to negative from stable, and also saying the US' fiscal deficits will remain very large. They also talk about how this adds pressure on the US government as it may potentially shut down in seven days.
