For individuals engaged in meditation, I highly recommend using kaleidoscope videos into your practice if you encounter challenges visualizing or perceiving images. Observing the vibrant colors and intricate geometric patterns of kaleidoscopes can activate and open the third eye, enhancing the performance of your visual system at the physical level. As a suggestion, spend 10-15 minutes (or more, if preferred) watching a kaleidoscope before transitioning into your meditation.
