Amber Voice According to Dedekorkut, Aksakals Turks are the intelligent people among the public who resolve the issues and they are named as Ashiks (Storyteller). This phrase is used as Bey of a tribe in the early centuries. The well-known historian Rashad Al-din Hamdani narrated Dedekorkut as a real person.
