Tena maxi slip plastic backed vs. cloth backed adult diapers (ABDL)

Mindlessly Diapered I believed that all “tena maxi slip” diapers were plastic backed and I was wrong! Apparently the different countries that manufacture these same brand products make the same diapers in different materials!! Anybody know why? I am really curious as to why they only make them plastic backed in some places. Anyways! Here is me comparing the plastic backed and the cloth backed (:
