Pedro Barnoya, president of the Guatemala-China Chamber of Cooperation and Commerce (CGCCC), highlights the pivotal role of business-to-business (B2B) relations in fostering collaboration. Despite no formal diplomatic ties between the two countries, the chamber has dedicated nearly two decades to facilitating trade, dialogue and mutual exchanges. Historic moments, such as participation in Expo Shanghai 2010 and APEC 2014, have contributed to enhancing friendly ties.
