The Irishman Founder's Reserve ist eine limitierte Sonderabfüllung. Dieser Whisky ist eine Mischung aus Irish Malt Whiskey und Irish Pot Still Whisky. Seine Fassreife verbrachte er zuerst in Bourbonfässern. Anschließend gab ihm die Brennerei ein Finish in Oloroso Sherry Cask. Dieser Irish Whiskey wurde mit einem Alkoholgehalt von 46,0 Volumenprozent ohne Kältefiltration und Färbung abgefüllt. Insgesamt gibt es nur 936 Flaschen zu kaufen.
