Hi all.
This video was born from a conversation I had about boundaries and how much our filters of perception direct the choices of our beliefs in choosing how to deal the above mentioned boundaries.
After 30 seconds in... I noticed how much I lost my listeners and backtracked, changing what/how I was saying.
This video is me, giving some information that could be of use to you and having a laugh about that situation. How many people do you know that keep talking without paying attention to their audiences and like to make things more complicated than what they are?
In a nutshell: based on our filters (previous beliefs, values, different life experiences, where we generally focus our attention to, etc...) of what could be "reality", we construct a perception of it in our head, we draw a map for us to follow to make some sense of what is going on. We need to remember that the MAP is NOT the TERRITORY, hence everyone's own perception of reality is this, a construct.
Based on this information our beliefs are picking our next beliefs.
Just remember this: while re-enforcing a belief makes it a little bit stronger, it is, sometimes, enough to just have one good counter example to completely dissipate what you were believing.
Ah, one more thing. What is a Belief? It's a thought with attached a feeling of certainty...

1) Choosing the belief of choice is believing in the choice of the belief...
2) If our perception of reality is a projection of ourselves,
how important it is to develop empowering beliefs
to allow us the best choices available
to improve ourselves everyday! [(hence improving our reality and so on...) I skipped this last bit because I thought it would have been too much]
